We had an Xbox 360 before. It got where it wouldn't play anymore. My husband wanted to get one just to play a few guitar games on once in a while. So I bought him a refurbished one, along with a few Guitar Hero and Rock Band games (used) from Game Stop. So last night kept getting "Disc Unreadable" error messages. Tried re-cleaning the discs, the error messages kept happening. Very frustrating. Anybody have any ideas? We've only had it and the games about two weeks.

Wondering if I should just go buy a new machine from Walmart?

Did it have a guarantee? A lot of refurbished products work very well.
