Synchronized diving is always impressive. Ladies gymnastics rocked it tonight! Congrats to Katie Ledecky for taking gold in the 400 my freestyle! The men, as always, rocked the pool!

Gold medalist # 1, Ginny Thrasher, 19 years old from my school West Virginia University. I am sure she will be in the homecoming parade, introduced at home basketball games, etc.

Hey, I love Canada, but their men's volleyball team outfits are not very flattering. The maple leaf on the side, looks kind of like tie dye gone bad. It was very distracting for me. But, they were awesome players!
