I like small kitchen appliances. I don't really know how to cook -- at least not on stove top. Haven't turned on my stove or oven form months and months. I have microwave, of course, (though don't actually "cook" in it), Sunbeam Rocket Grill, Presto Pizzazz Pizza Oven, crock potS, Vitamix. I do not starve. So now I'm thinking about an electric wok. But I don't know what can be cooked in it or general how to? Use oil (olive oil?) in it?

Yes, you'd use oil. Woks use high heat to cook quickly, so you might want to consider a different oil that smokes at a higher temp. than olive oil. Anything you make in a skillet could be made in a wok.

The electric wok ranks right up there with the hotdog cooker and the electric potato peeler in usefulness.
