All the money is moved around, sold some BofA stock. And then put the little bins into the big bins with the newsprint. Amazing how heavy a lot of newsprint is. So now the only thing left is to take the box of boxes out to the recycle bins.

It's Planning Day AND time to attack the clothes pile. This pile is either on a chair, on top of the hamper, dresser or at the foot of your bed. LOL, I do have a pile to manage but it's the Laundry Pile, need to schedule a day to clear that out.
Cleaned up the kitchen while I brewed coffee and fixed my lunch. I have more chores so that I am ready for Housekeeping. Since we aren't getting any rain til Thursday I can move the shredding back out to the balcony. Also need to get all the catfood put away, refill the water bottles and I want to clear off the bed and fluff up the blanket. That will probably throw some kibbles bits onto the floor, LOL.
Working on email and listening to Taran for Physical - which I have never heard of but it pretty entertaining. Off to email.

It's Anti-Procrastination Day - guess I will finally haul this big box of cardboard out! AND time to clean off the nightstands!
Got up this morning, had a terrible headache so I fed the kitties and went back to bed. Later it was better. Must be something with the weather / allergy that has stuffed up my head OR siting with Marnee on Sunday who sounded like she was getting a cold gave me some bad germs.
Anyway, I cancelled my Housekeeping and made a Hair Appointment. Cleaned up the kitchen and got the dishwasher going. Just got back from the haircut and did a Safeway order and made my plan for the next couple of days.
I did get an email saying my application for the new apartment was approved, never doubted that, so now I need to see if I can get more info about when it might be ready. Like are they doing a gut rehab or a refresh. So that's on the list for tomorrow.
Transferred my stock sale money over to my savings account and I need to finish up my email to get my rent reduced here. I am going to ask for it to be reduced or stay the same.
Off to finish up email

Email is done, the big box has gone out the recycle bin along with some trash. And I got my Safeway order put away.
Oh and hair was cut and then I came home and curled it a bit.
Time for dinner.

It's Errand Day AND time clear our dressers! I opened the balcony so the kitties could see it is wet and not stare at me and the door, LOL.
Fed everyone and grabbed the paper, some yogurt and back to bed for a while. Perry hasn't even come on yet, LOL.

Brewed the coffee, unloaded the dishwasher and got the kitchen mostly cleaned up - the kitty plates are soaking in the sink before I can load the dishwasher.
It's cold here!! I am sitting at my computer in a sherpa type jacket with a scarf on. Once I get moving I will probably have to ditch, but for now, I am very warm.
Working on email, need to read the paper, play some games and write my "Rent Increase" email. Had a little lunch - leftovers from dinner.
I think I might pack a few bins, or start a couple. Plus I want to go look at the location of Unit 13 before I send in the $600 to hold it but I want someone to go with me, need to figure that out.
Off to email and social media.

Got done with email, did a quick run thru bluesky/threads, then decided I wanted a pizza. Been thinking about it for a while and I think that next week the menu may not have things I like, so I got a nice pizza and some loaded fries. So yummy... now I have more food than I know what to do with, LOL. Won't have to leave the house if I don't want to.
Also got approved for the new apartment, trying to find out when it will be available so I can set up the movers, give notice, that stuff. Still have looked at the exact location, maybe I can do that this weekend. Looks like the rain here might be over so maybe I will go out to dinner/lunch with my friend and we can drive by.
Back to Squid Games Challenge, I am on episode 7 and I find it quite entertaining.

It's Clean your Purse and Car Day AND time to remake your bed. I think this is a good one, I have been thinking about putting the winter blanket on the bed.
Also considering doing the laundry today. We have nice rays of sun where the kitties are lounging.
Time to clear email and watch some Perry.

Wow, didn't post much yesterday, LOL. This morning I got the kitchen cleaned up and the coffee brewed.
Grabbed the paper and some yogurt, and back to bed to read and play computer games.

Finished up my "rent increase" complaint and attached the "Amenities Lost" document which supports a reduction in my rent instead of an increase.
Dustbusted the bathroom and cleaned up the kitchen. Had a great Brunch, read the paper and now it's time to nap and play games.

Oh and I forgot to mention, all of a sudden they have changed the front of the Building. They painted it brown, I hate the decorators!- just following the trend of brown being this years color, are they going to change it every year.
But the important thing is it no longer says Senior Independent Living a 55+ Community. It just says Independent Living.
So I sent an email and asked if the complex has changed and is no longer a 55+ Independent community!!
I am sure it still is, but it's just insane that no announcement was made to let everyone know they were "making it better" rebranding (which is what I have heard) the complex. From what I can gather they think they have made this place "luxury" because the did a little "remodeling".
I just wonder if any of these executives have actual business degrees.

It's Home Blessing Day AND now back to the Living Room and it's time to go Sofa Diving!
I got the Dishwasher unloaded and the coffee brewed while I cleaned up the rest of the kitchen. Then I ran the trash out to the bins.
Over the weekend I went and found the exact location of my new apartment. It is a bit down the street from the "main complex" and it is a lot smaller - only 16 units. Each building has two units so I will have windows on two sides of the building, plus there is a high window in the shower! I have seen the interior at the other complex and photos online of how the remodeled units look. I really like it so today I went to Amazon and ordered some pigeon netting! I have to get everything I can before I cancel my Prime, LOL.
I also got a birthday present for my sister who we are taking out for Steak on Wednesday. We are skipping Thanksgiving - she always cooks a turkey at home anyway and I will do the dinner here which sounds pretty good, but doesn't have Mashed potatoes. I may make some and take them with me to dinner, LOL.
Got my latest Chewy box put away and I just don't feel like doing anything, LOL.
Off to finish email.

It's Planning Day and time to take stock of the living room, is it cluttered with knick-knacks, time to de-clutter.
I brewed the coffee and cleaned up the kitchen, did a Safeway order and that's it so far.
My plan is to do the Bed -- but I have to wait until the morning naps are over, LOL.
Working on email - oh, I did email and ask for a floor plan on my new apartment. Haven't heard anything back from my rent increase email to Carlton.

I have my cognitive test today and then I am off to Back Forty to celebrate my sister's birthday and Thanksgiving.
Cleaned up the kitchen, brewed the coffee, straightened up the house a bit. Now working on email.

So the cognitive thing was an hour interview of background, etc. preparing for the actual "identify this animal" meeting which is now scheduled for January.
About to leave for my wonderful steak dinner!! When I get home need to figure out what chores to work on.

Fabulous Prime Rib with Baked Potato and Caesar Salad for our Birthday/ Thanksgiving Feast!
We also drove by my new apartment and I saw that there is a fence I didn't realize before, LOL.
So I traded 1/2 a package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls for the can of cranberry sauce. So I am set for tomorrow in case there is no sauce, and I got some mashed potatoes since they only show sweet potato casserole.
I think it's time for a nap and General Hospital.

Finally got thru email while watching 2 episodes of Physical Asia with Taran. It really is a fascinating challenge with very different competitions.
I played a bunch of computer games so now trying to get a few chores done before I go get some leftover prime rib for dinner!
I sent an email out to see if anyone has anything for the Newsletter, it occurred to me that this might be my last one, unless they want me to continue when I move. I mean I don't seem to get any input from anyone so maybe if I don't live here more people will give me updates for the newsletter.
Now I am working on paying bills, moving money and getting thru my mail. Then I think I will pull out a plastic bin and start one, and I also was thinking I could pack up the liquor since I got a really good box for that from Walmart.
Oh I did balance my checkbook and pay Kaiser, so now I need to see now I should balance my alternate checkbook and probably pay my Discover bill from that account.
Off to Goodreads to update my account, I finished off my book last night. I used to read everyday when I went down for dinner, now since I don't go down that often it has taken awhile so I need to start reading at night instead of playing computer games.
Also my new glasses might come today!!! off to deal with snail mail.

Saturday ... A day for fun ...
There's a Mistletoe Murders Marathon on Hallmark Mysteries and Murder channel. These are the few Christmas movies I enjoy, so that is fun!!
Got the kitchen cleaned up and coffee brewed. Unloaded the dishwasher and then I opened up the balcony and sat outside with Nala in my lap for a little sun therapy.
Now clearing email, social media and thinking about packing the liquor up.
Oh need to pick up my glasses when I go get my dinner. Also ordered a couple of things from Amazon before I cancel my Prime. Trying another type of pigeon netting, don't like the first one I got.

finally hauled the recycling bin out to the balcony, man that thing is heavy! Then watered the plants on the balcony and then I trimmed the geranium back. It is old so if I did it wrong I will just get some new ones and replant at the new house. Also dusted the dining room table and changed to the Poinsettia Table Runner.
Now it's time to pull all the liquor bottles down and start to wrap and pack them.
