Thanks Ladies. I am currently listening to Julie Andrews Audiobook HOME. It's a memoir of her early years and her theatre years. Thoroughly enjoying it.

Mame, I can't believe dear Mary is gone. This is just shocking, shocking news. Thank you for all the updates and, more importantly, thank you for being such a great friend to her. She was always so incredibly nice to me -- this is a major, major TVCH loss.

Anyone here read Betty by Tiffany McDaniel? It stopped me in my tracks in Chapter 26. Can’t go any further without talking to someone who has made it though the whole book.

Huge hugs everyone. After finishing listening to Julie Andrews 2 Memoirs HOME, HOME WORK, I've started Kate Mulgrew's Memoir BORN WITH TEETH. (She was Captain Janeway on Star Trek: Voyager.)

Sorry, Julie - I've not even heard of that book. Any chance you use The Story Graph site? I track all my books there and they have a community section where you'd be able to find others who had read it.

I've gotten behind on posting some of the books I've read lately. "The Heir of Whitestone" by Caroline Coulter was interesting. "The Last Witness" by Natasha Boydell, "The Obsession" by Nora Roberts were both pretty interesting. "The Fault in Our Stars" by John Green was sad, but good.

Finished "The Maze Runner" by James Dashner. It was okay. There's a whole series of these books, but I don't think I want to read any more of them. They're are just okay.

Finished "The Creek, the Crone, & the Crow," by Lisa Weiss. It was pretty good. One interesting thing there was a woman called Aunt Fanniebell. That was actually my grandmother's name. Cool.

Finished The Butler by Clare Mackintosh. It’s a light and breezy mystery that takes place during the Cannes Film Festival. The South of France is stunning, though not without its imperfections, from pickpockets to burglars to the occasional cold-blooded killer. But in his twenty-five years of service, Baxter—with a spotless reputation as a polished, well-mannered butler—has never run into any issues catering to the ultra-wealthy. Until now. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/241717720-the-butler I really liked Baxter. I hope she makes a series with him.
