It was much better than I thought it would be! I actually enjoyed it. In a way, when it was done, I wanted to close my Facebook account. LOL.

I had to LOL at the end of the movie when Zuckerberg kept hitting "refresh" to see if his ex-girlfriend, Erica, had accepted his FB friend request. Like that was going to happen after he posted that scathing blog about her -- which eventually led to FB being created. This movie was awesome on so many level.

And as I've told people here at work, there are very few movies that are worth the $10 admission fee - but this would be one of them.

konashark & I finally saw this one last Sunday. Very good job. Totally immersed. Interesting perspective towards online social networking. I knew nothing of FB before I joined it last year. I remember Livejournal (and that was NOT the right template, but maybe there was copyright issues so that's why it was different for the film). Apparently Mark can see ANYONE's profile if he wants to "friend" them. Asking Erica's permission was his way of being polite. Refreshing continuously is part of his OCD. Does he have Aspergers?

I don't think so, Kona. "Refreshing" is a constant thing on FB to make sure you see the most current posts, etc.

Saw this film a couple weeks ago. I LOVED the twins: "I am 6'5", 220 pounds, and there are two of me." Bwahahahahaha!!!

Juju, that was my fav line... excellent dialogue. That said, while I really enjoyed the film (watched it multiple times on DVD last weekend), I'm not convinced it is worthy of the Oscar for best pic.

Yeah, I have since confirmed that. I thought by the shots in the movie that it was probably one actor cleverly filmed.

Love Armie Hammer. Apparently he's been cast as Prince Charming in the new live-action Snow White.

Finally saw this movie on Movie Central channel and I loved the way the story was told, from that lawyer's office and I was hoping to see exactly the same ending. Wow, call it like a "speeding ticket", what, how many millions??? I guess for a billionnaire it would be like a speeding ticket. I like Facebook but I don't like their invasive tactic, that reminds me to tell them to stop sending me emails telling me I've got friends waiting...

You can turn off all that email stuff in FB. I too liked how the story was told. Very effective.
