this is the first movie since Bridemaids that I was in a theater where the crowded audience hoots, hollars, laughs hard and simultaniously applauds.

So it really is worth seeing. Got to admit, from the previews it just looked stupid to me. Then again, I didn't find Bridesmaids all that funny either. Thought it started out funny, but most of the humor was way overdone.

I wouldn't call it the best comedy of 2012 it was funny. Bridemaids was funny then Ted.

My DH and DS loved it, but my DS also said I wouldn't. I barely laughed at the Hangover, and I'm not generally a fan of these type of vulgar, "silly/stupid" humor kinds of movies. I think I see too much "dumb and dumber" 9 months a year!

I think it IS probably more of a guy movie, but I am still looking forward to seeing it - after all how many chick flicks do they have to sit through?

Went to see it today after being told it was great. DD saw it last week. I sat there waiting for it to get funny. It did not. Also the editing was sloppy and that really bugs me.

I went to see this today and really enjoyed it! Funniest movie of 2012? - probably not but still very funny!

have no idea what this movie is truly about. all i know is using a child's toy (teddy) to be involved in Filthy perverted situations is NOT what i call entertainment.
I MAY watch it if it happens to play online for free. IF not, i'll not pay.

I just got home from Ted. I really enjoyed it. I don't want to talk it up too much, say it was the funniest movie ever, but I did laugh and did enjoy it.

I still don't think it the best comedy of the year but it funny I think Tyler Perry Madea Witness Program was funny then this movie.

Oh, Sheilaree, I am glad to hear that as it is on my probably list for this week! Since my regular life slows down to first gear in the summertime, I am glad that there have been some good movies to fill in the gaps!
