I don't know what it is about Monday nights, but I keep falling asleep during Castle. It's not the show, it's me. And the time change certainly didn't help. Guess I'll be watching after work again.

The best part of the Elvis impersonation by Castle was when he did the Elvin lip move. What a riot and attention to detail. I love how they work things like that in the show. You had to be quick to catch it.
Gurliegirl, I can't stay up past 10 pm either so I record it and catch it the next day. Works for me. Hope you keep up with this show. It's one of the good ones.

Yes, and his two compadres dressed in matching Elvis suits reminded me of that movie where all the Elvis's jumped out of the plane (it was a Nick Cage movie "Honeymoon in Vegas" perhaps?).

Oh I definitely keep up with it Auntiemike. The saddest part is I'm in the central time zone so it's not even a matter of staying up PAST 10, it's a matter of staying up UNTIL 10.
Watching after work only makes the Tuesday shows come faster so it's all good.

The pre-bachelor party must have been epic for sure ROXIP!!!
Those Elvis outfits were a scream and the facial expressions were great.
Yes, the new boss was a bit more human last night.

This is the show that my daughter and I watch together...for some reason my 14-year old LOVES this show...she gets offended if I start watching it in another room...she wants to watch it TOGETHER (but then why does she try and talk all the way through it?).

When Castle came in at the end of the show and was staring at the ceiling I kept expecting there to be something up there to give Alexa away on the party! Oh well. Great episode either way.

Roxip, guessing here that she feels that you have the same great relationship that castle and his daughter have. She talks cuz they talk. Record it so you can watch in peace..... and talk with daughter. (they grow out of you so fast.)

I know I am blessed that she still deigns to spend time with me...I keep expecting the day to come where she chooses to go upstairs and watch stuff in her own room and am blessed (most of the time...LOL) that she still hangs out with me.

Wow, this week's episode was really good. The PTSD angle was good along with the therapy. I'm glad they're not just putting the trauma of being shot by a sniper in the past and forgetting about it. Jon Huertas, who plays Javier Esposito, is a real-life military veteran and was the perfect character to help Beckett with that issue.
It seems the new Captain isn't hostile toward Castle anymore. She actually asked Castle for an update..

In the first episode of the season, Beckett called her "ma'am", and she corrected her and demanded that she be referred to as "sir" or "captain".

Loved it! Also loved that they didn't injure the tiger and explained at the end where she would likely go. i'm seeing a date before the end of the season. Finally!
