I am so giddy with excitement. Saw this story in the Guardian:
‘The job of a lifetime’: Line of Duty to return for seventh season link
For those of you that dont know the show. It is an absolutely fantastic British Cop show. Find it and start from season one. Dont jump into other seasons. The cast is fantastic and I love Adrian Dunbar

I found Line of Duty on Peacock but it only has four seasons. I'll give it a go there and hopefully the other seasons make their way to Peacock.

Not sure where to post this, but I am REALLY ENJOYING BINGEING the American version of BEING HUMAN, which was a series from 2011-2014 (Although filmed in Montreal.) The premise? A ghost, a vampire, and a werewolf are roommates. It's gorier than I'm used to, but the characters and their stories are extremely compelling.
I haven't seen the original UK version yet.

I really liked both versions but it was difficult to keep their stories straight in my head because they were both airing at the same time....UK version was 2008-2013 so they aired simultaneously until US's final year (2014).
I'd be watching and think "wait a minute, I thought that character died" or "wait a minute that woman got away!" or I'd think "Hey I already saw this ep!" I'd remember a particular scene but my brain would often put the wrong actor in it. I'd never been in such an odd recognition/memory situation. Well, not until I got so old and now my brain does stuff like that all the time. 
Btw, my favorite version turned out to be the US version. They were each really fun, but I think that the US version (for me) was better possibly because there were a lot more episodes. UK had 37 eps and US had 52. US version got the last word.

I enjoyed Task even though it was really dark. I dont see how a season 2 can top the 1st one but hope so

Sfjf, I was thinking of you when I posted that. Somehow I figured you'd enjoy it too.
I am a worldclass TV series binger. I plowed through ALL FIFTY-TWO episodes in less than a week!
(I've been pretty much incapacitated lately with my bad back, so binging that series, helped me get through some miserable days.
Well that, and some serious meds. Going for pain shots tomorrow. Please pray it works!)

I also enjoyed Task. I agree with you Pamy that it's going to be hard to top the first season. But then again, I always say I think the second season of White Lotus is better than the first season - so anything is possible.

I was so thrilled that they made this show, and I eagerly watched it for the first several episodes, and then forgot to watch it, and then got really bored trying to watch it. The most intriguing part of this show, sad to say, was trying to figure out if/how Michael Weatherly had managed to lose all of the "Bull" weight, or if I was watching a show that was filmed years ago. So I Googled it, and found out the actor did indeed lose all that weight to do this show.
But, alas, the Tony/Ziva screen magic was no longer there to carry the show. So I still have not finished watching the season and likely never will.
