It's been renewed for Season 3, but will be moving to Spain!

A year since anyone has posted here!
In case anyone else watched the season that's just aired, I quite liked it. It's nothing like the excitement of old TWD but it's watchable if you just care about the characters.
Spoiler alert at the end they don't reach the UK, so I guess there will be another season in Spain next year. I still hold out hope they'll get home and there will be one big reunion to end everything.
Oh, they started this season in the UK but apart from the CGI skyline it looked suspiciously like Spain...

Not as a couple, but yes, they are together in the series fighting evildoers and walkers.
Carol has kind of got a new manfriend, but he was badly injured in the finale so not sure if he will survive. For some reason the writers chose to have Daryl have flashbacks to his childhood this season, and he’s come to the realization his messed up childhood led to his need to run away every time he finds a stable situation. So he’s now thinking everyone should go back home and live happily ever after. (Which feeds into my fantasies of the big reunion!)

thanks for the update! if they have a big reunion I would watch that ep. last nite on Tracker the actress that played Lydia was a guest star

I think Lydia is taking over from Velma as the non-tech research person, according to something I just saw on tvline, so she might be a regular. Odd choice, as she doesn’t seem to be particularly quirky like the other characters were. I haven’t been able to watch Tracker yet, it’s airing about five weeks behind here, I think the premier is next week.
