Yay!!! I was one of the ones who was super disappointed in the ending. It was so much like a Jane Austen piece, and at the end of every JA book, everybody gets married! Did not like the way they left us hanging after leading us on all season. Hope they get the whole cast back!

Aha!!! It WAS a Jane Austen work, but it was unfinished at the time of her death. No wonder it left us hanging!!! The popularity of the series in the US is likely to blame for its being picked up for two more seasons. Yay, us!

Referencing Big Sky, obviously they were horrible characters but the police officer and the truck driver were interesting and the actors were good.

Wow. Even though Sanditon is renewed for two more seasons, Theo James will not be returning. Waaaaaaa!!! I wonder if they'll replace him or just take the story in a different direction?

Absentia cancelled by Amazon, no more seasons. Sounds like it was expected to end with the last season that aired, but now it's official.

Jimmer, I've always thought that the characters Legarski, Merrilee (his wife), Ronald and Ronald's mother were the best part of the first half of Big Sky.

Lexie, I don't have a problem with either of the female characters in Big Sky. Katheryn Winnick was in Vikings, so I like her. I do have a problem with the unimaginative writing, however. When Ronald was burying his GF's sister in the woods, I told hubby, "Watch. He's gonna look up and the little girl will be standing there watching him and she'll say, 'What are you doing?'" And . . . that's exactly what happened! Saw it coming from a mile away. 🙄

No. It's with Mayim Bialik, Leslie Jordan and Swoosie Kurtz.
The one with Kyra is "Call Your Mother". It's ok, but "Call Me Kat" is better.

That's my thought too, Lakecat, lots of good ingredients but it somehow just didn't click with me.
I think Prodigal Son has had low ratings all season, so I'm not surprised at that one.

I do watch Call Me Kat for the cast, but the writing on the show is kinda lame.
I really like B Positive much better. And hope it's been renewed.
