Maybe Mom will focus on the other characters in the AA group more as I too would like more Wendy and Tammy. Kristen Johnston has been a good addition to the show.

South Park, I can't find a thread, did we not have one?

We don't remove old TV show threads anymore because we've realized that people enjoy looking back at them. However, it's possible it was removed at some point in the past due to inactivity. You're very welcome to start a new one if you like.

Is no one watching Filthy Rich? I think Kim Catralle is doing a great job. I’m looking forward to seeing more Gerald Mc Raney. Juliette Lewis is in it too. I guess that’s what a Hollywood woman in their 50s is suppose to look like without all the Botox. That’s refreshing.

Thanks for the thumbs up for Filthy Rich. I've had it in my "to watch" list.

I tried watching Filthy Rich (the first two episodes) and it was a struggle. I guess being as I live in New Orleans, I tend to scrutinize shows that are filmed here more than others. I found it painful to watch - especially with the "accents." (So I was forced to delete the season pass from my DVR)

So if anyone is desperate, the Lifetime Channel is running a series called "Fear the Cheer" and one of my friend's daughters is in four of them (one of which aired a couple of weeks ago). They are SO BAD and CHEESY but of course my friend's daughter is awesome in it! She was in "Dying to be a Cheerleader" a couple of weeks ago (Spoiler Alert: She died about 30 minutes in) and is going to be in another one this coming Saturday night. Silliness I know, but if you want some really bad entertainment you can support Grace Patterson...LOL. She really is a lovely girl.

Some of the sitcoms are filming, like The Connors. I just listened to a podcast with Sara Gilbert. THey were told not to do date specific episodes (like halloween) as the network didn't know when the eps would air. It sounds like once they knew some airdates they did film a halloween episode. As for general halloween shows, I would think some of the standards, like Great Pumkin Charlie Brown will air.

Lexie I agree about fake Southern accents they are like nails on a chalkboard. The worst is Ruth on the show Ozark, and she wins acting awards!

The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown will only be shown on Apple TV . It's the first time since it's creation it's not being shown on a major network.

Yeah, I'm very disappointed about the PEanuts shows being moved to Apple TV. Plenty of kids in lower income homes don't get Apple TV. Apple TV has taken away a network TV tradition.

Get used to it. It looks like we're headed into a future that, if you have ten absolutely "can't miss" shows, they'll all be on separate streaming channels. They may decide it's a lot cheaper to put their shows only on streaming rather than deal with the big cable companies to carry them. CBS has it's own streaming channel, and off the top of my head, I can think of others like NBC (Peacock), AMC, FX (I think), HBO, SHO, STARZ, Disney, and I know I'm forgetting a bunch.

Yes, a few of the shows I watch say it will air the next day on Hulu, like Archer.

Christmas Movie - normally these are pretty predictable but this one - One Royal Holiday is fun. I find myself chuckling at it, I am sure they will fall in love by the end but the getting there is working a little differently. And I am finding it quite funny.

Rock n Roll Hall of Fame inductions are on HBO this Saturday Night. One of my all time favorite bands, The Doobie Brothers, are one of the inductees. I just wish they could have done this before Keith Knudsen and other members passed away
