I enjoyed Murphy Brown, but the reboot did seem to lose its bite compared to the old Murphy. I was always waiting for zingers. Never really happened.

darn, I just found out this year that Murphy Brown was filmed in Queens, so no TV comedy filming for me. darn. with Speechless, I really did not quite see where they were going with college.

It wasn't very good. It had some good characters but just somehow didn't gel. At least "Maggie" can spend more time on The Walking Dead.
For This is Us, I hope the three season renewal means they have a proper story they want to play out, maybe with a view to ending it after that.

I thought it was actually kind of a fun show, though I nearly didn't give it a chance due to the poor reviews. Silly sort of James Bond stuff like in the Roger Moore era. It was much more clever than a lot of shows that have been on for several seasons. Unfortunately, it didn't get good reviews and the first episode was probably the weakest by far and that is a bad thing when you're trying to build ratings.
