I'm just going to pretend the Sheldon show isn't happening. It doesn't look funny and I know if I watch it it will somehow make me like the "real" Sheldon less.

Kitt/Pamy that is how I was feeling, skipped right over it setting up my pvr. I saw the preview of it and thought ah, no, I don't think so.

It's a good thing I watched the rerun of last season's finale tonight. I had totally forgotten that the cliffhanger was Sheldon proposing to Amy!

I'll watch the first episode (haven't seen a preview) and see what I think. I wish they would have held off and done this type of show AFTER the BBT goes off air, whenever that might be. We know there are at least 2 more seasons as of right now.

I liked Young Sheldon. Will continue to watch. I think all of the summer previews were shown on the first episode so looking forward to new scenes now.
I was amazed at how much the mother resembles older Sheldon's mother and finally read that she is the daughter of the actress who plays the mother on BBT. Kudos to CBS for the casting!

There were several times that I heard Laurie Metcalf in Sheldon's mothers voice and couldn't figure out why. I didn't realize it was her daughter playing the younger mother. Totally makes sense now.

I got a kick out of the Yes, No, Yes, No, Yes, No..... scene with Howard and Bernadette.
So very glad my favorite show is back.
I liked Young Sheldon, it peeves me to no end that the 2nd episode isn't until November 2nd. How silly.

Young Sheldon I'm not sure about yet and too bad they didn't have Laurie Metcalfe (sp?) as his mother like on Big Bang.

I admit to never being in Uber or Lyft. I am just afraid of it because I have a fake belief that all taxi companies check on drivers criminal history,
I say fake because when I was in my 20's I took a cab to work some days (bus was a one mile walk each way) and passing the building one day, I was tackled by a cop,. I was walking into a gun battle between cops and the cab company that was a cover for drugs.
Yes Sheldon has been in cabs, but friends are cheaper.
