SFJ, we watched "Aftermath" without saying much during the show. When it was over, DH looked at me and said "What the hell did you just make me watch?" LOL I'll give it another couple weeks to give it a chance to seem a little less silly.

I already dumped a few new shows, like Pitch and This is Us and Lethal Weapon. Still watching Notorious and Designated Survivor and will try Timeless and Conviction. From last year, Blindspot (the actress who left The Good Wife is there now) still a hot show for me as it is Lucifer.

watched Aftermath because of the positivity I read here, well, that is over for me. too much craziness, I understand when I watch zombie shows the science will be bad because and the premise is impossible, so I have to accept some stupid things, but it is OK, if it amuses me, but here, so many ridiculous things without redeeming writing, can't watch. And you add in I hate mythology based stories unless there is a semi-decent explanation. Chaos for chaos' sake is not for me. and please no end of days and the demons appear. sorry, we all have different preferences, others can watch, just not me.

We also dumped This is Us, Speechless and Pitch after 2 eps. This is a baseball household, so we thought we would like Pitch, but it's quite slow and dull.

"DH looked at me and said "What the hell did you just make me watch?" Wow....tough question! Did you have an answer for him or did you just plead the fifth?

Honest to god, I had actually typed,"Did you blame me?" but then I thought of something a friend once told me I should always remember..."It's not always about me"....so I didn't!

I like parts of Speechless but it is already going downhill..still recording. Superstore I tried (this might be season two), hated everyone, 2 episodes, cut it off halfway through the second and took it off my schedule. The Good Place.. same.. Pitch.. it conflicted with other shows so I never started recording. Aftermath.. not sure I even started recording that.

I think it's a rom-com kind of show about a guy who meets a girl...the guy believes the world will end in a year and they start working on their bucket list. I plan to check it out because I like the star...his name is Joshua Sasse (he played Galavant, in the show "Galavant") and in No Tomorrow he plays Xavier. No Tomorrow http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5595688/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_1 Joshua Sasse: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3173770/?ref_=ttfc_fc_cl_t22 It's odd that Sasse does not appear on the cast list on imdb.com's No Tomorrow page, but on his own imdb.com page, he's listed as playing Xavier on No Tomorrow. I first noticed the show in TV Guide and he was highlighted as being the star...

I will have to watch it online. It's on a specialty pay channel in Canada that I don't have.

Looks like Travelers will be on Netflix, too. Netflix Picks Up Time Travel Drama Series ‘Travelers’ Starring Eric McCormack http://deadline.com/2016/04/travelers-netflix-series-time-travel-eric-mccormack-star-1201740027/

Time travel, past and present, seems to be the theme this year.

"Time After Time" is supposed to start sometime in 2017 (Jan?)...it's about HG Welles and his time machine, based on the movie of the same name which starred Malcolm McDowell and Mary Steenburgen, IIRC.

Jasper I have ROGERS cable. We do have 2 channels that carry No Tomorrow the CW show, and they are both on pay channels I don't have.
