Funny thing was I found the whole Liz/Jake/Lucky reunion underwhelming and lacked emotion.

That is true it was sort of weird, Jake seems extremely subdued, but Liz seeing him for the first time got to me, LOL.

Oh no, I missed it ... why did Nikolas tell Lucky about Jason, and why on earth did he tell him that Elizabeth knows, too?! Grrr!
Also, I'm a little confused about who is the father of this new little boy, Jake? Is it Lucky or is it Jason?
I agree that little Jake seems extremely subdued. Hopefully, he'll develop more personality as he gets to know these new people, and maybe once he sees his brothers.

I believe biologically, Jason is the father, but Liz convinced JAson and Lucky to say he was Lucky's because Jason was in a dangerous line of work and she didn't want him to be used as leverage against JAson, or kidnapped like Sonny's kids.
Jason finally agreed. But when Jake "died" I think they told Moncia that he was her grandson, since Jason and Jake were both dead. And now both are miraculously alive, that will probably kill MOnica, LOL.
Also I Nikolas told Lucky about Jason, because he said at least then if Lucky leaves he will know that Elizabeth and Jake will be looked after and cared for. It was a lame reason but that is what he said.

The good part is they brought back one of the real twins who played Jake before as a young boy...so they are making it as real as possible.
I don't know how young jake should be reacting, if he hadn't had any parent figure in five years ...seems like he is just reacting to how things have been, another new person to take care of him, toys to play with... It's only night one, so what is he supposed to feel.

Little Jake was like a robot...absolutely NO emotion. A normal child would have been crying and afraid, not completely emotionless. As a mother, I would have held my child and not wanted to let go (which would have probably frightened them more). Lucky had no emotion either when he told Elizabeth that Jake was alive. No smile, no touching....the whole thing was simply blah.

This little kid was raised to be a little robot with no emotions - LOL he was being held by Helena, who creates robots.
I thought lucky was somewhat emotional,
Is it me, or does Liz look different? Does she have a different nose? Something looks different

Brad can't marry Lucas because he's already married. I'll bet it's to a woman. Probably an arranged marriage from a very young age.
Luke's last day is Monday. Should be a whole day of flashbacks as he says farewell.
I DID enjoy seeing his mom and little sister come back to talk him out of killing himself. That would have been an ignominious end for his character.
The whole Dante/Valerie thing is going to come out. You do NOT tell that many people if you want to keep a secret! LOL Lulu's suspecting something isn't right already. The Jason/Jake thing is about to come to light as well. When will the writers learn that if more than two people know about something it's no longer a secret.

As it turns out, AG didn't like Luke's storyline on GH either! Lol
Here is a great article on his take of his experience and exit to GH......
"I loved that they brought back Emma Samms [Holly], Genie Francis [Laura], Jonathan Jackson [Lucky] and Nathan Parsons [Ethan] so I could work with them one last time, but I did not like the conceit that brought us all together. It was ill-conceived, cheesy and showed a lack of imagination," he says, adding that the Jake storyline was icing on the awful cake. "The audience saw that little boy dead on the operating table, and his organs were harvested. I do not understand the value of disassembling [one] of the best stories we've told. I guess the point of bringing the child back from the dead was so Luke could be redeemed, but I never felt he needed that. I hate redemption. I'm sure there are audience members who didn't want him to be a child killer and so they're pleased, which is fine. But I was not thrilled

It was a bittersweet farewell for Anthony Geary today. I expected some flashbacks, more interaction with his costars but instead it was a quiet, gentle departure with Luke walking off into the darkness of the pier to catch his boat, looking back briefly only once. GH won't be the same without him. (I am curious to know what's in the envelope he sent Laura though! I wonder if it's his half of the Haunted Star.)
