Just to update on my cousin who had to evacuate from the fire.They are back home safe and sound in their still standing home. One of their nearby grandsons has 3 classmates ,who lost their homes. So sad!!

Congrats Scoots! It was the yummy dinner.
While I am planning to go to Windsor to visit my pals Robert and Doreen, and Laurie and Bob, hopefully later this month, I certainly have not booked that train yet.
But I have been visiting other friends... Rick & Shari who live in Brantford, since Tuesday when I arrived by train. Going home tonight/Thursday. (And it was my Brantford pal Shari who made that yummy chicken pot pie the other night.) ๐ฅง ๐ ๐
Brantford is about 1 1/2 hours from Toronto by train. Windsor, on the other hand is about a 5 hour train ride.
