Our team finally won (Alaska cruise) trivia today, and we are an assortment of me and Bigdog who regularly play on cruises and 4 other people who are unrelated but like to play but seldom win. Everybody had their moment. One guy got location of 1980 summer Olympics, oldest member (unless she is our age, LOL) got location on human body of the axilla. Bigdog got the first war bazookas were used in. One woman got Julie Andrews 1964 Oscar movie. I was the only one who knew who Tess Trueheart was married to and the six letter medical suffix meaning "surgery on". We missed the 2 point bonus question of what pasta is little turnip in Italian. We missed what is a baby pigeon called, real first name of B.B.King, and the substance 15th century Japanese palace guards were paid in for salary (could have been a different century). And the rest of the questions we mostly had mutual agreement among people who multiply KNEW the answer for sure.

May not have reliable internet or sufficient time after tomorrow to post. Still well on cruise, then going on to Whittier, then Anchorage, then Denali, then Fairbanks, then Seattle, then home tomorrow and six days thereafter.

OG, no, the tunnel is now open to vehicle traffic, but it is only open to south to north travel once per hour and vice versa once per hour. Our bus missed the 6 pm opening, so we were on a packed bus in the Covid resurgent era for three hours instead of 90 minutes. Ack!!!
