... However; growing to over 6 foot and 120 pounds this Avian wonder would not only eat more insects in your backyard than a flock of chickens, it would likely eat your entire Yard of grass down to the roots!

Fox - Domestic not tamed ...
Very hard to come by and very expensive, but boy don't you look cool walking down the street with a fox on a leash, driving the neighbor dogs crazy, and its small enough to cuddle like a cat on cold winter nights, whats not to like here?

Ostrich is known to box and bite, isn't it?
These huge birds have been known to detest being saddled and raced, therefor not a great pet if you don't have acreage for them!

Platypus - tops in the strange pet department!
Until you factor in it's not only the only egg-laying, duck-billed, beaver-tailed, otter-footed mammal, it is also the only VENOMOUS Mammal, so much for your new snuggle pet on cold winter nights ...

Tasmanian devils - better placed as Junkyard dog replacements then housepets perhaps?
Considering it's tougher than a dog twice it's size, smells worse than a skunk, voraciously eats anything dead or alive ... yep, this is your pet as long as you have a junk yard to defend!
