YAY! Are they changing the day of the week with this season? It's usually Wednesday or Thursday, but Mar. 9 is a Monday!

Was reading how judges are frustrated. It said the cooking like a roller coaster. Every other week is excellent and every other is horrible. This week was bad. When you are told to make colorful dishes, why make all beige or Grey and white?

This week really was a 180 from last week. Gotta' be honest, I was not unhappy to see Nana eliminated. Her horribly bad time management and screeching got on my last nerve.

Teach, could you imagine eating in her restaurant? Half the table would get fed in 20 minutes and the other half would be waiting at least an hour for their food.

Enjoyed tonight's episode a lot - much better food all the way around and just a pleasant group to watch.
