Mature means, you have the brains to know when something is appropriate and when it is not.
It doesn't mean you are clean as a Nun, or angelic.
It means you know when to do what and when to say what.
According to the Oxford Universal Dictionary: "Formed after due deliberation, deliberateness of action."
