Just off the top of my head, this list may not be complete.....
Top Menu - The top menu includes many new features. First, static pages like the Contact page have a different top menu than the forum pages have. In the forum, the menu includes a login section (far right), Quick Links menu and a more intuitive design.
Search Tools - The Search Page is a complete rewrite which creates less server load and combines the Keyword and New Messages searches.
Emoticons - Special icons appear beside topics and you have the option to choose a personalized icon when creating a new topic.
Cookie based NEW icons - Please see the FAQ to learn how these work.
Integrated Password retrieval - The password retrieval tool is now integrated into the forum. Previously it was an add-on tool that required separate setup and installation.
User Profile enhancements - Your user profile now includes your original registration date, Private emailing function and better look and feel. It also shows your last logged in date.
Improved user management tools - A lot of new tools exist to help with managing the user accounts. Things like the ability to include a personalized message when a new user is accepted, instant emailing, integrated suspension tools with options, mysql database storage (more stable!) and more!
Archiving - The ability to auto-archive topics is now included. The ability to automate other routine tasks is also included.
User Statuses - The ability to have multiple levels of users, or multiple different groups of users, although this feature is still currently under construction.
Topics and Messages - New icons, easier ways to open, close, add announcements and messages to topics. Topic subtitles, subtopic subtitles.
Look and feel - The look and feel of the place is improved with better fonts, better colours and some new graphics.
