oops, my mistake..
But it's official, July 7th is the start date, with the We/Th/Su show schedule intact..with one exception- the Thursday show will be on at 9pm Eastern.

NCIS and NCIS:LA still do too well in reruns to do that- I'm assuming that they think BB will do better after the Thursday comedies than CSI repeats.

At last we have a start date - July 7th - for this year's show!
I will be traveling for the whole month of July, so I don't know how much of the show I will be able to keep up with. Does CBS have whole episodes online like they do for TAR and Survivor?
Are there still plans afoot for a TVCH gathering in Vegas for the finale party? That sounds good to me!

So glad to hear it's starting. I get back from vaca July 6th.
Tnt, I belive the CBS site has episodes for viewing.
I hope we get some middle aged hamsters that have personality this time....actually hamsters of any age with personality and brain matter that hasn't been scared.

Chit - last summer I used an app called CloudBrowse and was able to watch BB feeds on iPad with that.
There is a newer Flash browser app called Skyfire that I like better for overall use, but I don't know if it works on BB feeds and won't know until I sign up for SuperPass or read of someone else's success.

Does anyone know if there are any apps for the iPhone? I have live feed for my laptop but can't always take it with me and most days I can't get on tvclubhouse for updates. Anyone know of anything?

Thanks Bonza. My husband and I do alot of camping in the summer. I'm not home most of the summer, I need my BB fix. I guess I can try both and see what works.

Mollie - both the Flash apps I mentioned work on iPhone & iPad.
Chit - YW. Skyfire is much more elegant looking so I hope it does work, but at least we know CloudBrowse worked last year. Both apps are actually web browsers that play Flash video, though neither work for 100% of attempts at various sites.

It looks like we're about 4 weeks away from the BB Media Day (based on the prize description for the CBS contest, it's planned for Friday June 17th).
They usually do the media interviews for the cast that weekend, so they should be very close to locking in the final list of HM for this season...

OK, I wandered back to see how the preparations are going for this year. Having been here since Season 1, it feels like coming home.
Unfortunately, it also seems like there just ain't much goin' on yet.
We don't even have a BB 2011 folder yet!

So glad the show is just about to start again! I'm finding myself getting as many things done as possible, even ahead of time. Like in past seasons, when Big Brother starts, I'm glued to my computer!
