I've read on bluesky that Mallory threw the hoh.
She is playing so stupid right now and I had high hopes for her.
If Taylor goes to Dee and tells Dee that Mallory told her that she would never vote for a vet, her goose is cooked!
And I thought today was going to be a boring day.

I’m really curious, why are so many fans rooting for the icons?
I mean, I’m wanting a Devins win because I like him but I’ve come to really not like Dee. I’m getting tired of their growing arrogance.
Mallory is my number two and I really hope she survives this week and then gets HOH. I would love for her to get Dee or one the do nothing but snitch ‘broh’s’ out!

I do not see Mallory following Taylor's advice and lying about Drew to Dee. I just do not see her doing that!
Going to be a rough week for Taylor and LaLa if they are on the block and nominated.

My big thing to look out for today is will Drew disclose he got a power. Drew is way ahead in the polls and I am guessing he is the last to get a power/punishment. We will know if he gets a punishment. I just wonder if he will tell anyone about a power.

Manieiac, I am one of the minority that does not want the vets to win. I would be OK with Devens, but do not want Angela or Dee to win. I also like Mallory, but it looks like she may go up this week if Dee hears she wants the vets out. I don't like that Yash is the only one so far that put up the vets...so I hope he stays this week. I also think the special powers were not fair this year.Producers know that the Vets have followers from Survivor and Angela from BB so they would be picked right away. This gave them unfair advantages.

Jokersupdates listed a 8:33 a.m. wake-up time. Big Brother sure didn't let them get much sleep. They reported that Dee talked a lot to the cameras and went to sleep at 4:36 a.m. She was the last person to go to sleep.

Musings from overnight:
I went to bed when the HOH started.. woke up at 1am and checked and Taylor was in the kitchen on the high top stool staring straight ahead at Barrett who was preparing to get grinding of the slop for the have nots .. because Mallory was one of them and he wanted to do something nice for her... (he doesn't know she doesn't trust him anymore.. because of Yash and Taylor's lies)
And to say something nice about Taylor .. She has perfect posture! Straight back (and there is not a back on that stool!) .. She was soon called into the downstairs DR.
I saw a clip of just after the eviction of Taylor and Lala.. and my previous post way back up where Taylor said to Lala "Don't let them see you mad" .. made more sense... It was filled with Lala's f'thems .. and anger that I had never seed from her... seriously sounded like a couple of entitled mean girls themselves.
I snoozed a little while with the nook playing quietly - and when HOH finally was revealed.. (ANd seriously I don't understand why - they have to have these...at 3am.. just let everyone go to sleep it really doesn't do anything..)
They all marched into the room - and Lala and Taylor were totally silent .. Lala looked like she had eaten something sour.. (until she began smelling the Downey ) and pretty much everyone was silent for the obligatory 12 minutes they had to stay... Devens announce he was going downstairs to use the bathroom .. and slowly they all walked out . with Taylor giving a half hearted "Congratulations Dee" ...
I have now put myself on the "icons" band wagon .. they are having fun with the game.. (yes they were given a very big start) and are able to pivot ..
Some of these others are so focused on what they do not have or the way things are supposed to go.. or stay holed up in their beds and only interacting with a select few .. that they are losing focus on the fact that once they do get to the end .. they need to have developed relationships with everyone.
Lala and Taylor were so focused on Kamu protecting them and then also Yash .. that losing Kamu destroyed what they should have been building with the others for the past few weeks... Lala wanted to be the oldest winner ever. And hey .. if she can pivot .. that chance is still there as long as she gets over this self-pity party on they had the numbers - my question is WHO did she hear that they had the numbers? Because all I ever heard was Kamu and Yash saying they did when they didn't because they thought all the females were able to be easily manipulated...
Dee wants to get the mosh pit together this morning .. maybe Mallory and Melody will find out that Yash lied when he said that Dee offered him 5k to put them up .. but Dee has her eyes on them anyway because in the aftermath .. she noticed Mallory went to Yash and was commiserating with him...(Hayley won't be a replacement nom)
If the Mosh Pit gets together and airs out all of the grievances they might be the final 7 (or 6 if one of the others wins next week) if they can be cohesive - then FAP could eliminate the Icons .. and be final 4 .. a means to the end..
At one point in the bathroom Dee and Devens had a quick talk and Dee said something that had me thinking "We were only supposed to last a couple of weeks" - It's possible they were dropped in the game - as Rachel was to mess with things .. and if they survived .. then they got a spot in the game..

Let me clarify.. I am on the Icon band wagon with the addition of FAP .. I would love to see a Barrett and Mallory final two .. if Mallory could get her head straight and out from under the Yash mist.

Maineiac - for me it’s because the icons are more fun to watch. They came to PLAY! So many of the of the others are just looking for someone else to make the moves to protect them so they make jury. I didn’t care for any of the icons in their previous games, but I so appreciate Devens attitude of you can’t play scared. Make the big move. It may bite you in the butt, but at least you tried. Last week using the DPOV, they were well aware it could either further them, or sink their ship. But they TRIED. As I said yesterday, I don’t necessarily want them to win because overall I’m not a fan of returnees. But with this season, I want them to last a while to entertain me. That’s much better than watching the ones wringing their hands, wondering what to do so we don’t make anyone mad, or complaining about how awful others are. If you want it to change, do something about it! Put your game on the line, and change it up! Just my two (or ten lol) cents worth.

Throwing HOHs and even knocking each other out isn't playing, imo, and they could have preserved the diamond pov another week.
I hope Dee doesn't let Taylor influence her too much.. Taylor was on team Kamu and Yash, not team icon..

So, it's ok for Angela to get into people's faces and tell them off? She did it to Jason and she did it to somebody else.
And Drew automatically thinks Lala and Taylor is going to get into people's faces if the talk to M&M or get nommed?
Why do you think Taylor stays in her pod all day? Why does Taylor tell Lala not to say anything? It's because they are going to be accused of being aggressive.
And Drew said a lot of horrible racist things last night, too. I want him gone next.

I agree Sea, hopefully Dee will see right through that. This has been a good season so far because we have the icons on it. All of the seasons where no-one wants to put 'big' players up on the block were boring. I want to see them all play to win!

Thanks for the responses Bbpeach and Mysticlady.
I enjoy watching people play the game, that is why I would have preferred Haley or even Barrett go home over Kamu. I know that’s an unpopular opinion but he was more fun to watch than Barrett.
Of course the icons are having fun, they’ve not had to worry or stress about going home, they’ve not been shunned or isolated. Dee and Devins have\had an advantage in the game. They always have had newbies protecting them. This has been a walk in the park for them so it’s very easy to say we just want to have fun. Although that is actually Devins motto which is why I’ve always liked him.
Taylor has been trying to play this game just like the rest of them. They all lie and manipulate, she’s no different. So what that she’s been using Kamu and Yash as a shield, Angela and Dee have done the same. Taylor has never been a part of a huge alliance like the others. And at least she’s not running back to the icons blabbing what her so called alliance is saying. I don't dislike her and would like to see her stay until at least final 3 or 4.

Dee is now thinking about putting up LaLa, Taylor, and Drew. She believes most of what Yash told her, which most of was a lie. She is running it by Barrett.
Barrett tells her if Drew goes up she loses Mallory and Melody.
