He did not use the VETO, we knew that but thought I would type in case anyone was reading.
And LaLa is LOUD!I I was away from the computer and I could hear her onthe other side of the house!

I think Taylor wants Chuk to herself. She has twisted herself so out of shape over his friendship with Haley, it screams of jealousy to me. Let's see if she is pushing Chuk to get the boot this week, I think not.

Maris, I don't think she wants Chuk. She likes Yash and Kamu more. Maybe it's jealousy in that she wants all the young men for herself.
I mean, she flipped on a dime to vote out Lyric when given a chance. Now she's getting rid of Haley. Next week, if she got the chance, she'd vote out Melody so she can have Drew.
Taylor started out nice and I liked her, but I think this house is not good for her and is bringing out the worst in her. She has turned mean and bossy.
This morning she kept going and sitting next to Haley. It was uncomfortable and it felt to me passive aggressive.

It is all going to come down to blockbuster now. I hope Haley wins it and Barett goes home. Nice guy but of no use in the game and keeping Chuk and Haley will really mess things up. Queue to Angela Bawling.

Taylor and Chuk in the bathroom. She's washing her underwear in the sink because the washing machine makes the clothes come out smelly.
Anyway, she's telling Chuk he needs to campaign in case Haley wins the bb blockbuster. This is the 2nd time she's told him this.
I think she's going to try to flip the vote and get Barrett out if Haley wins.

And we all know how paranoid Angela has been this week of Taylor and her watching everybody.

Im bored, so I was looking up the old endurance comps, which I miss!
The longest was BB 6 just under 14 hours, the Pressure Cooker. My favorite was the HOH Lifeboat, BB 3, which seemed longer but was just under 5 hours. I remember watching it on my tangerine IMAC lol.
All 3 were in mini pools, in rafts, holding onto a key.
Second fav for me was BB8 Evel Dick jumping the bunny for sure!! That one was just under 8 hours.
So much life has happened to all of us since BB1, and I really miss the creativity and lack of regard for safety for the houseguests lol.
Dont get me wrong, Im SO GLAD we still have BB, but bring back the pb&j! Food and luxury comps!!
There are some old videos on youtube about the glory days...
Good Ole Pugita, I hope her great great grandchildren are making her proud

Christiii, Thanks for the memories of the past endurances.I certainly can't imagine the HG's of the last few years lasting that long on comps. Could it be social media has made everyone more passive and a bit lazy or just not as competitive?

We still have the Pressure Cooker coming up at some point, we were promised. I would like to see that go a while in honor of Kaysar!! Silly fool LOL (I love him, he was just such a fool in that comp!)

Christiii those are great memories! I've been watching season 16 again when Derrick won. There was a Devin, a bully, that was about as crazy and paranoid as Angela season 26. There was Caleb so lovesick over one of the girls he made a fool of himself. And then there was our introduction to Nicole who crushed on Hayden and Donny the groundskeeper who reminds me now of Ted Lasso and some HG were certain he was special ops military. There was America's Team and 2 HOH's each week with Battle of the Block competitions.
The competitions were simpler but more realistic.
This season the comps are really cheesy and artificial. The Time Spinning Table for each comp, really BB? What do they think that adds to the show? I don't know how TPTB can't see that they are not making things better with all the artificial cheesiness.

I want to say I feel bad picking on Taylor yesterday. I still stand by that her personality has changed in the house and the house isn't good for her.
Last night I saw her sitting on the hammock in the corner of the yard by herself, watching everybody playing corn hole together.
I realized that she really doesn't have anybody that she can really rely on and have support to confide in. She has Lala, but they are nowhere near the same age and they have such different life experiences. And with Lala, you can't really trust to keep your secrets, game wise. Taylor has said Lala drives her crazy.
The ones close to her age, Melody, Mallory and Lyric (when she was there) they couldn't get there act together and form trust those first few weeks. I blame that mostly on Lyric, she was a horrible friend and ally and caused a lot of mistrust between them all. Now that she is gone, Mallory and Melody have finally bonded, along with Drew and Barrett. But to much time and game has passed for her to join them, since they think she is aligned with Lala. And it seems that Taylor has relied on her religion to get her through the game and is bonding, unfortunately, with Kamu. Another person FAP does not trust.
After I thought all this, I saw Barrett and Melody talking in the gym. They were discussing their fears before coming into the house, Melody was crying, getting on the plane to get to the bb house because she was terrified. They were afraid they wouldn't find "their people", someone to trust in the house, and how lonely they were the first few weeks. The paranoia, etc. That conversation confirmed what I was feeling about Taylor. Taylor really is all alone, emotionally, in the house. I feel bad for her. She was such a confident, positive person at the beginning of the game. Now it's like she has a cloud over her head, following her wherever she goes.

I am not that sympathetic to Taylor. Isn't the cloud of her own making? the way she made Lala change her noms to include people like Chuk who trusted her and has no idea she was behind getting him on the block. Even her friendship with Lala is one of convenience I think. She has manipulated Lala to do her bidding and this is even confirmed in her diary rooms. I think Lala will be extremely disappointed when she gets out of the house and realizes that Taylor was playing her during her HOH.
I don't like her for how she is using Lala.

I am disappointed in Taylor as she has become manipulative and has definite mean girl vibes. Now it seems that she has a target on her for next week.While I have a negative perception of her it is not as bad as my thoughts on Haley
After each season I tend to forget about hg’s unless it is someone like Kaysar, Janelle or Brittney so I don’t know who to compare Taylor too.

Agree on the mean girl vibe coming out. There were times up in the HOH room I thought of Maggie and Yvette. Creeped me out the meanness and the glee at the cruelty. I don't get all the Haley hate. I have watched the feeds and things Haley has been called a liar on by Angela were things she absolutely true. Angela did tell Haley trust your gut.

But wasn't Lala's original noms (Haley, Barrett, Drew) stupid in her goal to get Haley out? If either Haley or Chuk won the veto, Haley would be safe and it would have been a waste of an hoh.
Also, Yash and Kamu manipulated Taylor to have her go to Lala to change the noms.
I get your point, Maris. I just think if Taylor had somebody she could really trust and talk to, first, Taylor probably wouldn't have gone down that path. Sometimes saying something out loud to bounce an idea off someone, you realize how stupid your idea is.
I'll still criticize her game playing, and how she treats people. I just wanted to point out where it might be coming from. She wasn't this way at the beginning of the game. She didn't like what Kamu did at the tea party, but if it happened today, would she still have her original reaction, or take Kamu's side, and not talk to Jason afterwards. She originally told everybody she would because he's still a human being? I'm not sure she would say the same thing today. This game normalizes things and brings out the worst in people.
