I see Lyric's future husband loving the Hawaii life as a surfer dude and pickleball coach for whatever resort they live near.. charming (and flirting) with all the resort female guests.. while his wife spends hours upon hours with law books and still expect her to come home and do her wifely duties...

Is the BB house by LAX or Orange County airport, I don't remember the backyard being in a flight path.
Even helicopters. It's constant.

World, I feel the same about Barrett, while listening to his convo with Mallory. She's growing on me, too. Now I'm hoping they make a final 2 and make it to the end.
A problem I'm seeing with this season, is that the underdog side, most of them are not loyal to each other, so they can't form a good offense against the toolshed.
So, Barrett, Mallory and Taylor need to align with each other. And Barrett and Mallory accepts that Taylor will never vote against Lala, because they understand it's for setting an example for Taylor's students.
That's what I'm hoping for.

It’s always been full of flight noise… remember that’s what Dr Will and the others kept commenting about after 9/11—the lack of airplanes/helicopters…. before the producers told them…

Yes the BB house is near the Burbank Airport. If it was near LAX the number of planes a stuff would b 100 times more. The Burbank airport is not large!

I haven't paid attention enough to the seasons to remember the noise over the backyard, I sort of knew it wasn't LAX or it would be every 3 minutes over the backyard. Burbank is pretty busy though.
Turkey bacon is heart poison.
I am enjoying the backyard jogging conversations.
Pablo Torre Finds Out is my world.
I would love if Melody stays, for her to win the next HOH and put up Kamu, Chuk and Haley...someone pulls themselves off and she puts up Dee. She is way too comfortable. Stand back and watch.
Hot is SW FL when it's 89 at 0700 in the am with 90% humidity.

But hot and humid is what you are used to and if you have A/C. I did 9 summers in Detroit with no A/C. HOT and humid, didn't cool down at night.
Moved to Orange County, CA and at that time humidity was low. Experienced first Santa Ana winds. We moved a mile from the beach, mild weather, no A/C.
Since then have lived in every corner of OC, and every elevation from 1300 ft at the bottom of a box canyon to 56' currently, and the temperatures really vary (and where Pamy lives is definitely hotter). Friday I went to my doctor in the City of Orange and my car in the sun registered 100°f. On the way home, in the 90s.
No A/C at home means I have fans running 24/7 currently. And in the many years since I arrived, humidity has risen..
The BB structure in Studio City gets higher temps and when they compete in the yard, that is surrounded by high fencing so breezes are unlikely. One of the best changes for the health of HG was the creation of the larger inside competition areas because the yard could put them under stress.. And put the ZingBot inside humans at risk.

Since the beginning of this season, Drew has reminded me of someone but I couldn’t quite figure it out…
Today it hit me: it’s a cartoon character!
My kids watched “Rugrats,” and Drew is a human version of Stu Pickles, father of Tommy and Dil Pickles!
Other than Stu having purple hair, they are twins!

Wow, watching Taylor cleaning the bathroom like her life depended on it, and amazingly not one HG had to use the bathroom while she was doing it, I call BS on production.
Taylor is impressive, I hope her game improves.

Chuck is the sloppiest person in the house. I only see Lala, Taylor, and Angela doing the heavy cleaning. Rome was pretty clean.

If I can add to this - Devens had the opportunity to appear in the upcoming Superman sequel. They filmed (at least part of it) in Macon, where Rick lives. He had to give up that opportunity in order to go play Big Brother but he said James Gunn will understand, he's a big fan of the show.
This info is from a podcast Rick's wife Becca did with Rob & Taran on RHAP. She says Rick's shout-out to James was good strategy, as in "don't forget about me!" 🙂 She mentioned being on the set, not being allowed to talk about it or take pictures.

I have avoided the feeds all day and I turn them on and before she left the HOH.. Angela was talking about Lala making food .. a lot of it and ONLY sharing some with Chuk.. (now Lala is a Have Not ... but still insists on making food..???) and apparently everyone else had to ASK if they could have some..
Then she comes out to the pool area with Dee and talks about how she if she has calculated correctly .. will be celebrating her birthday in the house and she thinks she will be the ONLY houseguest to have done that twice. (She is very proud)..
Yep.. her being on Slop and a Have Not is getting to her...

A few people are still up and on the feeds.
Haley and Kamu have been talking in the HOH room.
Lyric, Melody, Drew [the potential renom and nominees] are talking at the jacuzzi lounge about confronting Haley about the renom. I saw Taylor walk by the jacuzzi lounge. Feeds cut to commercials.
