I am surprised he told her and didn't keep it to himself. I guess it builds trust but it seems safer to keep it secret so he doesn't put a target on his back for the backdoor if the secret gets out.

Jason has figured out that he is to be backdoored. (I didn't catch how . and maybe he did because he wasn't nominated outright.. ego driven.. )
But it sounds like he is going to stir the pot before the veto is even played..
That give Kamu options to change the plan .. and LaLa who was encouraging (along with Taylor) Jason.. (but don't do it all in one swoop.. ) may find herself going home..

OK, Jason has come outside and is sitting on a chair by himself watching. You know the wheels are turning fast in his brain.
He plans on talking to Dee first and then Angela.
Unfortunately, he believes it's Angela's idea to backdoor him and is using Haley to do it. He is right about a lot of the things, but he's wrong on this point, and is putting a wedge between Lala and Angela. Those 2 need each other.

Devins telling Kamu he didnt get the power is a huge mistake! He needs to let them all know and use it to his advantage! This will backfire and Kamu wont trust him when it comes out

Here is what I want to see happen..
Since Jason is so sure he is being backdoored and he's got himself up in a tizzy..
Unless one of the nominees wins the veto.. the veto should not be used.. and if it is used .. don't put up Jason.. replace with one of the others
My reasoning.. I believe Jason wants the limelight .. wants the "screen time" and if he is looked over and not in the hot seat .. no limelight .. no story .. no attention... no poor me sob story...
IF he were to then win HOH.. Kamu has a right to tell him.. Dude .. I didn't put you up..
And maybe .. just maybe .. Jason will then be convinced his powers of observation and know it all attitude of what is happening in this game will be squashed.

Kamu telling Drew that he's going to tell Jason (if he has the opportunity to put him up) is that even though they are good with each other, Kamu heard Jason throw his name out there. That's the only reason. And its an eye for an eye and after that they will be good. (He's gonna say that in his nom speech.)
If he does that, I hope Kamu gets messy and gives Kamu receipts of all the hgs on that side of the house who's thrown out Kamu's name and what they exactly said. Because its a dumb bs lie and Kamu should be called out on it. What does Jason have to lose? He'll be voted out either way.
