Barrett may be sitting pretty .. Kamu and Rick have been talking and it sounds as if another "Bro" alliance is forming... and they mentioned they both like Barrett.. and wanting "straight shooters" in their group...

Angela, Devin and Drew outside strategizing, etc.
Angela says she does not like Melody at all. Drew says he feels the same about Yash.
They plan to do the cook out thing where they each have their own soldier. Angela will have Mallory as her soldier. I forget who the other 2 said.

Ashley and Dee are up in the hoh room bashing Angela. I have no idea if Dee is just going along with Ashley or does really mean it. Because Dee and Angela are in an alliance, right?
I think Ashley is just venting because of the situation she's in.

The laziness of reality show producers that keep regurgitating people from past shows/episodes is insulting to me. Who thought Dee and Deven and Angela would bring millions to BB 2026? No one. Who cares?
I stopped watching Survivor years ago because of that and it becoming the Jeff Probst Hour.
I wanted to like Jason, oh well.
This Ashley, Dee session in the HOH right now is hurting my IQ grey matter.
BB is hardly Masterpiece Theatre but good god.
It's only week one. Sigh

Kamu better be careful or Rome is going to get “territorial” over Lyric..who by the way, reminds me of Ariana Grande. I wish she’d sing something that isn’t copyrighted so we could hear her singing voice!
I *think* Ashley and Melody think Ashley might be replacement nominee. But, like, I can’t tell. It might be Melody they’re like talking about.
An alliance between Melody and Lyric would be fun, just for the possible names…

Needmylifeback: Rick’s last name is Devens, and that’s what most people call him… he was a morning newscaster, was on Survivor in 2019, and again this year for Season 50 (where he completed a challenge of guest “Mr Beast,” who doubled the pot for the winner of Survivor, making the pot 2 million dollars!). }

Melody is interesting. She's a player and understands the psychology of people. She can go far if she can get a good alliance going. But Dee does not like her.
And I can't figure out Ashley. She is bashing Dee to Melody. Was she playing Dee? Does she really have a brain like she says she does? Or is she going to blab this conversation to the next person she talks to?
I'm hoping Ashley is being real with Melody and they form a formidable alliance that no one sees coming. It will make the game a lot more interesting.

This girl is working the room! Good for her.
I think Melody might have coached her on how to talk to the "boys'. She explained boys mentalities pretty well. I'm sure Ashley probably knew all this, but its good to get reassurance on how to handle these important meetings.
And Ashley can actually talk in a normal voice. I could possibly like her.
