He had no claims in a lawsuit. He said and did what he did. If anything his TV edit tried to paint him in a positive manner.

If Katherine is going to get serious with Rylie, I hope she has a higher standard and doesn't get pregnant until after she marries Rylie.
No one (out of the exit interviews I watched) asked her if she was willing to become a stepmom.

I think, given Rylie filing a $15 million lawsuit, that his personal background was allowed on the question list.

And same with her situation in her family.. He step mom spoke out, but she was estranged from her father over his remarrying quickly after the death of her mother.

Rylie's mom did say things hadn't been proven, so there may need to be a paternity test for at least the recent baby, if it has been born.

Pushing Katherine is likely to make her stubborn ..

Of all the HGs left in the game, Katherine wants the winner to be the someone who got Rylie out of the house, or the guy who got HER out of the house?! I can’t imagine Rylie would agree with those choices… what a change of perception!

I think Kathrine is not who we saw in the house. Certainly she seems somewhat indifferent towards Rylie but wants to still the criticism of him. From all the interviews, she has said she looks forward to speaking to him sometime. That isn't the sound of someone in the throes of a big romance. It seems to me that she has figured out that Rylie is of no advantage to her or any aspirations she has for a career in entertainment.

Regarding the e-mail exit interviews, Rylie says he crafted the responses himself.

Rylie says that the lawsuit against CBS is not true. He does not even know where it came from.

Rylie says he will be going to the finale.

Rylie responded "no comment" on the baby mama drama.

As of this recording, he has not met up with Katherine yet.
