Jess just pronounced that it takes 23 days to make or break a habit. Nicole said she almost grabbed a snack, but.. Have Not. she hopes she can break the habit of snacking in the house.. Jess countered with 23 days.
Nicole said that it took one day to get into the snacking habit.

Jackson has been laying out his case for possible keeping Sam because sooner than later they need to get rid of Christie and Sam and NIck may be the ones to do it.
Jackson has outlined for Jack why Christie is not a good person to keep around too much longer. She so good at comps, good memory. She will smoke everyone.

SIs is bouncing back and forth between wanting to save Sam and Christie putting thoughts in her head that anyone that doesn't think Sam and Nick will work together are dumb. So now, keeping Sam may mean Holy and Jackson may be conspiring against her. SO she is anxious to get to Holly . Why ? To take back her suggestion and desire to keep Sam?
She is a very confused young woman.
