Jack is is many more alliances than is Bella.

Ovi's power: If he forces the HOH to re-do the nominations, can the HOH nominate the same people?
and why is this power secret if he's the one that will wake up the HOH to re-do the nominations. It's not clear to me.

No, Spunky. The old nominees are safe for the week.
Ovi will not be the one to wake the HOH, he will tell the Diary Room that he wants to use his power and they will see to it so that no one will know who had the power.

I heard speculation that when this next person is evicted perhaps they will do a battle back and then the loser will be released to the wind and the winner will await the next evictee or go back into the house.
Totally speculation, with no basis other then sort of know how production does stuff.

They call Jackson...Mitchie I believe which is related to his last name because there is also a Jack in the house....too confusing for this group I guess.
