Watching Jonathan and Ozzy in the water challenges is like poetry in motion!

I was kind of hoping they would vote Emily out last night. It's not like she's a big help in comps and she definitely is not a good ally. Christian also easily could have gone after that dismal performance in the Immunity comp. Put me down as someone who has already tired of his antics. Rizgod and his ego will surely cause him to leave early. Genevieve was sitting in a good position but she just couldn't let it go that Aubry didn't fawn over her. I went from WTH Aubry to WTH Genevieve. Coach once again reminded me of why I assume many women do not like him. He doesn't coach. He nitpicks and in a very awkward way. I was enjoying Q this season and his leaving definitely weakens this team by a lot! They deserve to lose for the next two weeks. There are so many players I do like this season that it is still easy to enjoy each episode in spite of those I would like to see gone, lol. I don't like that fans got to vote on anything because I don't trust producers to be 100% honest about the vote.

Pamy, I agree! Gosh, I so want to like Christian but his communication skills are terrible. I wonder why they picked him as navigator.

I am thoroughly enjoying all the "old school" players (even if I didn't care for them when they first played). I've missed "old school" since I really really really hate the "new era."

I like Mike White... I'm worried he will get the axe because they think he has "White Lotus" money and doesn't need this win

Yes, Christian is the esoteric king in real life, not to direct and clear and that didn't work. At one time it sounded like Q said no to one command. Christian, who I do like, also seemed to completely miss the bottom of the puzzle image...

yeah, Christian did terrible in the challenge. He's too smart -- got a unique brain. You need someone smart, but with a more "normal" brain to give directions that make sense to people who can't see anything! Sounds like Mike White is the perfect guy to take to the end if no one will vote for him as he's already got $$$. And then maybe you'll get to be on White Lotus! I really hope Aubry gets to use that idol to do something unexpected!

I didn't even realize it was that Stephanie from 16 years ago until last night! I guess I had to hear her voice more. Mike White for the win! I have rooted for him on every reality show I have found him. He's such a good guy. I love his work with tv, on the screen and behind the camera.

I knew Stephanie immediately. She was extraordinary on her first season, and ended up as a one-person team before team swaps.

Reminder to those who have forgotten who Emily is. She is the first openly autistic person to play Survivor. On her season she openly confessed to teammates that because she is on the spectrum she lacks the ability to discern when people are lying to her. And THAT is why she is back on the show. Because she is also brilliant, so look for that, and scream at the screen: "NO, DON'T TELL THEM THAT!" when she does something bad. But then she realizes it and goes around and confesses. It is an extra feature of this season's cast, because they almost always forgive her.

Oh, and well, duh!!! Christian could also be on the spectrum - brilliant fellow, but also does not perceive things as the rest of us do. I did love him calling out "rotate left, or rotate right", and then one of the other callers adopted it. The master of this challenge was, of course, Kamilla. She is a unique human force.

The thing I remember about Emily is how unlikable she was her first time around and then someone talked to her (can't remember who) and she totally turned her game around and became very likable.

Kaleb Gebrewold is the one who was responsible for coaching Emily in her first season and getting her as far as she did. I really expected to see him be the one on season 50, not her. He did not get the credit he deserved for being a good player. I really like Emily but I just see her as a goat this time around.

Juju, Emily isnt autistic. You are thinking of Eva. Kappy, I loved Kaleb and he did a great job mentoring Emily! I wish he was back!

Pamy - well, now that you mention it, I do recall that Eva is on the spectrum, and she was the one who had the meltdowns, and Joe became like her protector, and Eva confessed to Joe that she was unable to tell when people are lying to her. But then in one of the last two episodes Emily made big blunders in who to trust, and she confessed in a cameo to the camera, that she had probably made a big error because she is unable to tell when people are lying to her, and I think that caused me to have a brain fart. I just found this very good interview with Emily: https://survivor.fandom.com/wiki/Emily_Flippen And it reminds me of a former TVCH poster who went to other Big Brother and Survivor boards with me in the early "aughts", and who I am still in contact with, and Emily's self-description almost perfectly matches my brilliant, weird, abrasive and hates everything friend, who is also in the accounting field, and is just now figuring out she is probably on the spectrum.
