This is why they got caught cheating
"Specifically, the culpable contestants had snuck off and managed to obtain food “outside the framework of the game,” implying they had obtained food through some other resource, such as a hotel or resort"
But OMG The crap that happened is unbelievable. Including the Doctor killing himself after being blamed for a contestant having a heart attack and dying on first challenge.

Yes, same article I found. Lots of stuff there. And saw an article about the possible smuggling in of THC in 2018 on US Survivor..

As Far as I remember...it was Janet that was falsely accused of the granola bar, then voted out
Jerry Manthey never was accused of smuggling food herself...but she did accuse her teammate, Gel of smuggling beef jerky. Tina searched Gels bag, but didn't find anything.
It is however said that Gel had sewn those meat stick rolls of jerky into the hems of his clothing. I think even Jeff alluded something about it...but can't remember exactly.

Apparently there's a whole list of contraband items smuggled in...matches, which thanks to Richard Hatch, the contestants since are strip searched because of him. That would keep me from applying right there lol
Then there has been fishing line, hooks, dental floss, magnifying glass, sleeping pills, a lighter, button made from flint. Who knows what they don't know about.

Awwwwww. Thanks for the Matt and Frannie info. It just seemed perfect if unlikely, that they found each other in this huge world and didn't have to settle for somebody who was not perfect for them. I may or may not live to see their kids on Survivor.
