SOOOOO relieved that it wasn't a rehash of the previous Survivors who'd made that one big mistake. I much prefer all new people.

I don’t quite get how they plan on using this theme with new castaways and expecting them to try not to “repeat” the mistakes. But I agree that I am glad there are no returneees.

Im fine with that. great location. they dont seem to have to suffer weather as much as other spots. beautiful underwater footage, lots of water challenges

The cast and the first twist have officially been announced:

-Basically, the first twist is at the beginning, the tribes will only get a machete, a pot, some rice, and a fishing kit.
-Then the tribes have to pick a leader. The leader has to pick an athlete and a puzzle solver.
-The athlete and the puzzle solver compete in a challenge.
-Winning tribe gets everything plus a shelter building kit; losing tribe loses their fishing kit.
-However, there is another option. The leaders can forfeit the challenge to the other tribe up until a certain point during the challenge if they think they'll lose.
-If they forfeit, the losing tribe keeps their fishing kit. However, not only does the winning tribe get the shelter-building kit, they get 20 eggs and a flint as well.

Stoked about Survivor starting next Wednesday. Love this show and I have been watching since season 1. In fact, my daughter was little then and we used to get take out every week when Survivor was on...it was our tradition before the show came on

we pay 20.00 for 2 survivors we draw out of a hat
I have Wendell and Morgan
I also go in halfs with a friend and we have Steph G and Bradley. I won last season 120!
we used to pay 10 for 1 survivor and the pool was bigger but over the years ppl havve left that played and we havent had newcommers wanting to play.
