Reading that critique, it made it seem like Jeff said "That's the first time that has ever happened" in response to Monica doing what Brad told her. In watching the show, it looked to me like Jeff was commenting on her throwing the clue into the fire.

Saturday night, Jenner, 63, stepped out to the Troubadour in West Hollywood to catch a performance by Brandon and Leah, the pop duo formed by Jenner's son Brandon and his wife.
Watching from an upstairs area overlooking the stage, "he was in great spirits," says an onlooker. "It was definitely all about his family."
During the 45-minute performance of the opening act, Odd Us, Jenner and his daughters, Kylie and Kendall "were all smiles," says the onlooker. "They were having a chill night out."

Whoops! Apparently the challenge in this week’s episode of Survivor was to simply remember the instructions to the challenge. In a blooper that would make Dick Clark and Ed McMahon proud, Tina and Laura from the new Galang tribe swam out to retrieve a fishing trap, and then swam back…without the fishing trap! It was a costly error from the veteran and the newbie as it put their tribe in a deep hole they were unable to crawl out of, even if the team did twice celebrate winning the challenge when they thought they had come from behind to solve the puzzle correctly. (They hadn’t.)
But neither Tina nor Laura would pay for their sins as it was Kat that would find herself voted out after prematurely maneuvering the tribe against Monica instead of staying the course and voting out Vytas, who had joined the new Glanag along with Tina’s daughter Katie. Meanwhile all the male returning players (Aras, Tyson, and Gervase) moved over to the Tadhana tribe in a random buff-pulling switch that occurred after the duel at Redemption Island.

Tom Santilli: Watching things back on television, is there anything that has surprised you now that you were able to see how others were approaching and playing the game?
Brad Culpepper: Just how little they show. Unfortunately with the format, they have to show all of the Redemption Island stuff. But we had so much fun on our tribe. We all actually really liked each other. It's surprising how little they're able to show of camp life and what's really happening.
