this is where BQs rule! Can someone explain to me what the definition of "total NET Yardage ..." means?
Do I subtract what I think the opposing team will do, and the result is my answer ... or ??? I'm drawing a blank

My friend Mr. Google had this to say.
The stat combines yards per play and yards per play allowed by deducting the number of yards a team allows per play from the amount it gains on offense
