I have watched the reruns so many times over the years that I can recite a lot of the script right along with the actors.....no kidding.

I looked online and most of the actors who are left are in their 80s.

Given that it takes place during a specific time that was in the past even when the show was new, the show has a certain timelessness about it. It never gets dated.

I was so shocked to see this on my phone, he did live a long time but was such a great scientist. And I have to say one of the first things that popped into my mind was.....Sheldon is going to be so upset!

I lost a patient recently. He was very sharp and interested in physics and astrophysics an delighted in study and discussion. Luckily his oncologist was a worthy partner in these discussions.
Hawking definitely fascinated him.
After so much cancer treatment, he died after a fall.
And while grieving, I had thought of Stephen.. I sure hope they meet up! And that their bodies are restored to match the beauty of their minds.

Steven Bochco.... I read in the paper this morning that he had died from a battle with leukemia. I was so surprised because I hadn't heard anything about it.

Harry Anderson, of Night Court, died in Asheville, I saw that TMZ is reporting it as natural causes. He was only 65.
I really enjoyed that show.

RIP Barbara Bush. I know she lived an amazing life, but I am just really sad. She was a fixture around town and did so much. I fear he won’t be far behind her now.

Oh my, Verne Troyer, "Mini-Me" has died; he was only 49. I know he had some health issues but am sorry to hear this.
