Not sure what this Tokyo presentation is supposed to represent, lots of jazz music, neon colors (that I get) and dancing girls.

In the end, it is a skyline and they say "See you in Tokyo". Then some fireworks. Now back to Rio, where some men are going to do something.

And a bunch of men have run out onto the field trying to get the green tunnel thing form the Tokyo presentation off the field, LOL. Only every now and then do you get a shot of them as more men run out, LOL.

aaron bauer @ABauer_ATR · 3m3 minutes ago Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Thomas Bach has declared #Rio2016 closed. Now we go #RiotoTokyo Time to put out the flame. It looks like it is really raining, but only in one spot, LOL. Maybe because of the spotlights. Nope it is only raining in spot, all over the singer.

I have to say, they have some fabulous costumes in Brazil! I have really enjoyed seeing all the dancers costumes. I think it may be the Samba schools again.

Rio was better than I expected. Japan will put on an awesome Olympics. The Winter Olympics there were absolutely wonderful!

That poor singer! The water was literally DUMPED on her, LOL! The cauldron was the most beautiful one I've seen in an Olympics. Thank you, Rio, for going to Washington State to find a sculptor to make it! The portion with Japan's prime minister becoming Mario was just downright fun! Bring it on Tokyo! I've never had any desire to visit Rio or Brazil but just seeing pics of Tokyo made me look up the possibility of going there in 2020. There's so much to see in Japan besides just the games.

When I was watching the marathon, it had been raining, and I was going to ask...why do all these athletes have these bright yellow shoes? Did Nike give them everyone or something? The Nike yellow shoe colors were worn across various nations. I would think that if they are a Nike Athlete, that is, under professional contract with Nike, I assume they got the bright yellow shoes to wear. I liked them, but then, I really like to wear bright shoes myself. I have Turquoise, Fuchsia and Bright yellow shoes myself... all Nike. But, I am in the heart of Nike country. Great run by Galen Rupp to win the bronze in only his 2nd marathon. He's from Portland and went to my brother's high school. We've been following his running since he was a little tyke winning everything in Portland and at Oregon. He may be a natural for marathon. Loved MEB too. When I saw the 3rd US Marathoner's stache, all I thought was that he looked like he should be in a porn movie... the stache was a huge throwback to the sixties! I will definitely remember him.

Very disappointed more reporters didn't investigate fully. I'm glad USA Today did, though, that's something. It doesn't exonerate the athletes, aka Ryan and the sign, but it shows that the officials' claims weren't based on facts. It should never have been taken as far as it was. USA TODAY Sports investigation raises questions about Rio cops, Lochte incident Taylor Barnes and David Meeks USA TODAY Sports, August 22, 2016 RIO DE JANEIRO – Seven days after an incident that will in part define the Rio Olympics, details are becoming clearer about what happened during a gas station encounter between four U.S. swimmers and security guards, and not everyone has concluded Ryan Lochte and his teammates are entirely in the wrong or that the account offered by Rio authorities is entirely accurate....Click for Full Article I'm looking forward to the Tokyo Olympics, I think it will be fabulous.
