It's Who's call of course because she is running the game but we are all friends here and it's not like anyone is attempting to gain an advantage. So I don't see a problem with teams forming after one game or games.

OK. So here how I see it shaking out. Although I don't see the El Ninos gals checking in here officially, all three are back and playing, so I'll assume they are back as a team.
Nightcrawler gave Lance an official invite, so I'll put you on MaybeNextYear. Will pencil myself in until we hear from Nick.
Beckie03 and Panda checked in. So I'll put you back on Panda Bears. Tish hasn't checked in. So Lp1955 can step in as a replacement.
That would make the teams look like this:
