I can't believe no one is commenting on this. The acting gets better all the time. I'm so impressed with Lip (Jeremy Alan White, I think). He is incredible, deserves an Emmy.

Wow. Bill Macy,s wife arrested for Sat cheating scandal. And that is a story line with Lip. Wonder if they got the idea from the show.

When will season 8 and 9 be on Netflix?
Love the show, but it seems the writers get lazy writing dialogues so they fill it with sex. Just finished the episode where Monica dies. The character was very annoying but the actress deserves an Emmy,she was outstanding in the role.

Lakecat you are correct I am "current" on all seasons and while I am no prude I did not see a lot of depth in many characters only sex.....freaky sex.
That is an easy way out when it seems writers don't know what to do.

Well, last night's SERIES finale was quite satisfying to me.
Dead Frank exploding in the crematory furnace because his body was so saturated with alcohol was a perfect end to this show.
The flashback scenes were an amazing reminder of how young this brood was when the show started 11 years ago. Ian, Debbie, and Carl were practically babies in season 1....and at the end, Debbie was a mother, Ian was married to Micky), and Carl, our favorite psychopath, was a cop!

Whoops well I didn’t want to be spoiled but I understand, it’s already aired. I had a free 3 month trial of Showtime and of course it cut off the last three episodes. I liked the character of Fiona but I didn’t miss her the last few seasons. I hope to see the actors on something else.

New show on Hulu starring Jeremy. The Bear. I've only watched a couple of episodes so far, but I'm liking it.
