Starts Friday night on NBC. Normally, I would probably pass it by, but a friend of mine will be on it every once in awhile. The special and visual effects are pretty cool. In the video below, she's the one that says, "Oh, I made you drop your tongue." lol http://www.tvguide.com/News/Grimm-NBC-Video-1038719.aspx

I was going to pass on it but saw a clip on Ellen show and it intrigued me. I will have to wait and see.

I was certainly going to pass on it. Not into supernatural, horror, etc., etc. at all. But Sean Hayes is a producer. He's from just a couple miles from here. Have to at least try it.

I'm going to check it out. Not sure how I feel about the premise, so will have to see.

So, what did everyone thing? I thought it was creepier and scarier than I thought it would be. I was really glad the little girl was rescued at the end and was so hoping another person (especially a child) would not be killed. I can't watch violence with children. I think I liked it. I will have to watch more to see.

reminds me a bit of Supernatural. scarey stuff but not Toooooo scarey and definitely a kids type of show. Going to give it another go next week. Has potential to be a decent series

I actually liked it better than Once Upon a Time, but time will tell.

I loved the sidekick, too, Tv! I am hoping it keeps a bit "campy" (like how Buffy was). I definitely like Once Upon a Time better, but they are different kinds of shows.

Sidekick is a hoot. This is fun to watch because I live in Portland where it is filmed. Recognised lots of places.

Our local tv reviewer gave this a thumb's down but a thumb's up to Once Upon a Time. Didn't see that one but did like Grimm. I'll give it a couple more weeks. I like the potential for his 'monster' partner next week.

I think I am going to enjoy this more than the ABC offering.

Much darker than Once Upon A Time; more of a cop show crossed with X-files & Buffy. Interesting to see where it goes.

Thanks Kona. I haven't seen once Upon a Time but I was finding it hard to describe Grimm. I hope it survives. I like the main guy and I like the sardonic wit.

I enjoyed it. For some reason I think one day it will be revealed that the finacee is one of those creatures. I don't know why, but it was my first thought in the beginning of the episode. Maybe because it makes sense to have someone close to the Grimm guy to keep tabs on him while he comes into his family legacy. Or maybe even his work partner, Hank, could turn out to be one of the creatures.
