Uh oh. This might disappoint a lot of you.
If you haven't already heard or read about it, here's the bad news:
Jesse Williams leaving ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ after 12 seasons
"Jesse Williams is leaving “Grey’s Anatomy” after starring in the ABC series for 12 seasons.
“I will forever be grateful for the boundless opportunities provided me by Shonda [Rhimes], the network, studio, fellow castmates, our incredible crew, Krista [Vernoff], Ellen [Pompeo] and Debbie [Allen],” Williams, 39, said in a statement to Deadline on Thursday."

Last nights show was the set up for him leaving. He’s going to run the Avery institute back east. He asked April to join with her husband and their child. She ultimately told him that her and her husband broke up.

No. As I understand it, the guy who plays Avery has moved on. He’s more into activism now.

I don't know if this is a listing mistake or what?? My TiVo schedule synopsis shows two episodes tonight -- 7:00 and 8:00 Central. Both episodes are from season 2 / 2006. Out of the blue ABC is airing these? I have my TiVo set to record them. I wonder . . . .

The premiere this week was pretty good. Greys had gotten so tiresome and predictable with their fervent agenda to check off all the woke boxes each week, it was good to see a return to its roots.
The doctor that plays Schmitt gained a lot of weight, I wonder if that was intentional for a role or if it just happened.

I am fine with the current issues.
And yes, I definitely noticed that the actor playing Schmitt had chunked up and they seemed to want it to show as his scrubs were tight and didn't have to be.

I saw a film awhile back that I had intended to mention here but I think I forgot. So....I thought I'd just point it out now, just in case. (The latest ep of GA reminded me of it.)
It's a romcom starring a couple of GA main characters:

Has anyone watched the docuseries on Peacock "Anatomy of Lies"?
It's a 3-part docuseries about one of the writers of Grey's Anatomy and the lies she told to get her job, advance her career, turn them into storylines, etc. Lies about having cancer, experiencing workplace harassment, abuse, PTSD, mental health, receiving a kidney transplant... It is a crazy story!
