Is anyone watching The Trust? A new reality show with money for those who keep that trust

Society of Snow was pretty good. It's another version of the 1976 Movie "Survive! (1976)" where the Rugby team's plane crashes in the Andes mountains.
Both based on the 1973 book "Survive!".

Loudermilk is pretty good. Starring the actor that played Burger Sex And The City.

I just burned through Boy Swallows Universe. It is a bit heavy but kept me interested enough to keep going. I don't want to give anything away.

Also watched Queen BEe's it was nice light hearted fun movie.

Also the series "Millionaire Matchmaker" is fun too.

American Nightmare -- a 3 part true crime is so fascinating. Even though I have seen the story multiple times on 20/20, 48 hours type of shows, I could not tear myself away from this one. Well done and still an amazing tale.

Living in Northern California, I remember the Vallejo abduction outlined in American Nightmare so well. It didn't help that the Gone Girl fictional story was so recent at the time. My heart felt for that couple when it came out that their story was true. If the abductor had not been caught for something else, their nightmare would still be going on. Then you had Sherri Papini up in Redding, CA, who actually did fake her own kidnapping around a year later. It took a long time for them to prove that she had lied about the matter and you didn't hear much about it until they had actual facts to confront her. Being a very red part of the state, she threw in for good measure that Hispanic immigrants had taken her.

I am about halfway through Loudermilk and enjoying it.

Brenda, I saw your post about "American Nightmare" and went straight to watching it. You're right, it was very good. Thanks for mentioning it! :-)

that show made my blood boil! Those cops should have been fired and then they give one of them an award!? Thank God for that lady cop!! I am so glad they sued and got 2.5 mil!! I was actually surprised but happy they were still together. Sometimes tragedy like this tears couples apart.

I also think the FBI guy was in on it.

Thanks to you all for recommending American Nightmare. Just watched the whole thing. We were just beyond flabbergasted. It's just beyond comprehension.

Glad that the couple was able to stay together and have a family. Thank God for the women Detective.

I still want to know how the guy knew the names of the victims. Why did he originally want Andrea instead of Denise. How he entered the house.

How did the FBI agent that interviewed Denise...never interview Andrea. How did he not remark to anyone that that he was the ex of Andrea? I just still have so many questions.

Unconscionable that Vallejo police department and Deputy Mustard botched this case beyond belief. But more than I cam bear that they awarded him Office of the Year and later promoted him to Detective Sergeant.

Best thing about this documentary is the so well deserved public shame it will bring on those involved on the Police Dept and the FBI. And the accolades that should be showered on Detective Misty Carausu, who is a real hero.

Yes, female detectives for the win! So happy they are there. They are needed. Reminds me of the story in "Unbelievable" -- also on Netflix, but is a drama series based on a real case where a woman was not believed. (That case has also been on shows like 48 hours).

As for how he knew their names. He could have been snooping in their mail boxes. He could have been stalking and peeping and listening. Super creepy. But yes, it would have been interesting to know if Andrea knew him or recognized him. I can understand why she is not giving interviews. This case makes that police dept look so bad. I hope they have taken a hard look at themselves.

I just finished season two of Love On The Spectrum. It's a dating show with people on the spectrum. It's so heartwarming and touching. Really very well done. They showcase each of the casts' lives and personalities in such a thoughtful way. You laugh, you cry, you sigh...I hope to have many seasons more!

Mizin I thought they couldn't top season one...but they did. After I watched season one, I met one of the producers, who told me it was the single most fulfilling thing she ever did in her career.

I think I found one for time travel fans called "Bodies". Except the one doing the time traveling is a dead body. And there's a murder investigation going on for the body in all the time frames it shows up. I've only seen the first 2 eps and I'm hooked.

Baby Reindeer is a very powerful short series. We binge watched all 7 episodes in one day. It starts off as a comedy, but goes very deep as you go along.

Baby Reindeer is based on a true story...the star/writer based it on his own stalker.

Great miniseries. Horrific people/situations.

‘Baby Reindeer’ is based on a true story. What the star has said about his stalker

I just watched the first 2 eps of 3 Body Problem and it's so interesting! It's got to be one of the weirdest sci-fi shows I have ever seen.

I can't describe what it's about, but here's what the google machine says:

"A fateful decision in 1960s China echoes across space and time to a group of scientists in the present, forcing them to face humanity's greatest threat."

3 Body Problem certainly seems intriguing. I’ve only watched the first episode so far but I’m thinking of pausing to read the book first.

I’ve heard it’s really good. Adding to my list.
