I know others really liked season one. Its too good to get lost in the general discussion threads... reaction to this week's episode. I thought it was one of the best yet - and besides the attack, what really sticks out to me is Amanda lashing out at Will about "all of you" i.e., men. That was a very powerful moment.

We love this show! This season is much darker than the first but still excellent. This last ep was outstanding. I love all the relationships

The dog clearly is the heart and soul of the show. When someone needs help, she’s the first to recognize it and respond accordingly.

Last season I avoided the show, cuz the premise struck me as dumb. But yesterday I thought I'd give it a looksee. And while it's a tiny bit grizzlier than my usual cozy mysteries,(Father Brown, Death in Paradise) I enjoyed the 1st ep so much, I've been binging it. I'm on season 1, ep 4 so far...

I'm up to season 1, ep 12 or 13, at this point. Lol. Just lying around, nursing a broken toe, allows me to keep binging. I'm trying to catch up to where you guys are in season 2. But sheesh, some of the storylines can be so damned harrowing. My favourite ep so far, is the one with the little boy. Loved it!

You should read the books then! It’s based on Karen Slaughter’s novels on the Will Trent character. I’ve read a number of them. She’s also an executive producer on the show, I think.
