I was reading this article from Oct 20 and it mentions a spin-off!
FX recently announced a spin-off series titled “American Horror Stories” — yes, plural — that will feature self-contained anthological episodes, as opposed to a season-long story arc. It’ll be more in the vein of “Black Mirror,” where each movie-length episode introduces a new plot and cast. This will have no connection whatsoever to “AHS” Season 10.

To me it looks like the hint of aliens from season Asylum is finally happening. I think we have been guessing that as the the next season for years, and here we go.

I saw an ad for American Horror stories...wonder when that starts or is that what this is?
I now have an office in the courthouse that was used for Asylum . Every time I walk up the stairs to the building I think of Sarah walking up them. Then when I leave I think of Elle Woods standing outside the building after law school ( Legally Blonde filmed here as well)

Pamy, "American Horror Stories" is an anthology series. Each episode is a new horror story (unrelated to AHS). I posted about it a few posts above on Nov 2.
This says the premiere date is July 15. I'm not sure if it's only streaming on FX and Hulu, or if it will be aired, too.

Watched ep1 and 2. Cindy Crawford's daughter looks just like her! Paris did a great job acting. I thought the blonde dad was an awful actor. He reminded me of Shaggy and at the beginning they dressed the daughter as a cross between Velma and Daphne.
We looked up Murder House and it is in LA. We are going to go visit it one day this year. Wish I would have known when we drove up to the Brady house last year. Crusin LA during Covid was awesome, no traffic!

I was under the impression there wasn't going to be any relations between the two shows, but I'm only 10 minutes into the first episode, and so far a two gay men and their daughter have moved into the same haunted house from season 1, the black plastic suit is in the closet, and the theme music is the same.

Naja, it is still a stand alone story set in Murder House. Ep3 will be completely different and I dont think have any references to other seasons
I agree about Paris, I can see her mom in her but I dont see Michael at all

my friend loved it and I was bored. The acting was great but I dont like the storyline. For me the best parts were scenes with Sarah and Evan in them. I could just watch Evan Peters all day!

I've been waiting every episode for Kathy Bates to show up and get it on with Macaulay Culkin, but I guess it's going to be in part 2, seeing as how Macaulay's character is dead.

The new season of the original AHS is back this Wednesday, October 19!
This time the title is
American Horror Story: NYC
The actual theme is still a mystery, but the articles say this:
The 11th season of AHS is set in New York City, telling one story across two timelines. With the teaser's focus on themes of blood and kink, many have guessed that AHS: NYC might be focused on the AIDS crisis of the 1980s.
AHS: NYC will feature an all-star cast featuring some AHS alumni as Joe Mantello, Billie Lourd, Zachary Quinto, Russell Tovey, Leslie Grossman, Charlie Carver, Sandra Bernhard, Isaac Powell, Denis O'Hare, and Broadway legend Patti LuPone.
