Has anyone caught Only Murders in the Building yet? I think it is going to be good.

I loved "Only Murders in the Building yet". Well, the first 3 eps anyway. Steve Martin and Martin Short are two of my favorites, but I could do without Selena Gomez. Since no one mentioned what it's about.... It's a comedy about 3 people who live in the same nice apartment building who team up to solve a murder in their building. "Only Murders in the Building" is the name of their true crime podcast.

If you haven't watched Dopesick, it is fantastic. Last show was this week so bingeworthy. Michael Keaton is fantastic. About Oxycontin and the Sackler family.

I'm almost done watching "Hellstrom" and it's one crazy show! I would call it a cross between "Prodigal Son", "Evil, and "The Exorcist". I like it, but it's in in the horror genre so it's not for everyone. The official synopsis says: Helstrom Daimon and Ana Helstrom are the son and daughter of a mysterious and powerful serial killer. The siblings have a complicated dynamic as they track down the terrorizing worst of humanity — each with their attitude and skills.

DH and I started watching that one last night, but he had to quit halfway through. Too gory for him. I'll probably go back to it. I love that supernatural stuff, as long as it's not too gruesome. I was a little surprised that he quit, cause we watch (and love) both Prodigal Son and Evil.

I finally got around to watching "The Great" and it has quickly turned into one of my favorite shows! It's a comedy about the Russian imperial dynasty in the 1800s. Of course 99% fictionalized.

Of course I can't wait to watch The Dropout. It's absolutely astounding to me...a level above Inventing Anna. It's almost unfathomable...to believe that so many, supposedly intelligent and wealthy, continually get sucked in by these con artists... With virtually no evidence or foundation.

I think my clinic got sucked in by Theranos or similar blood testing machine. I had been going regularly to an "event" at the hospital for blood draw to test cholesterol, etc. Send it out and get results in 2 - 3 weeks. Then suddenly they had little machine that gave you results in 10 minutes while you waited!! After a time or 2 or 3 of that, it was gone. I later asked my doctor if he had heard of Theranos. No. No? That kind of surprised me. This has all been a number of years ago.

I just watched Dopesick. Outstanding! I wrote a long post on my experience on the outside, with the pharmaceutical industry, reps and their deception and atrocities. Also on my identical experience on being in the hospital and being forced to take oxy. I decided the post would be too long. But everyone should watch this series. It is ALL 100% accurate...and frightening.

Maris, he does not at all! He was more worried about people thinking him too old than to listen to what his grandson was telling him.

I'm not asking about Hulu original shows -- just Hulu in general. I've had it for a few years, but I've never watched much on it. Primarily curious about TV shows on Hulu. Does it show recent episodes of current shows from the three (or more) networks? The day after episode aired how far back in the shows does it go? I usually have good reception from rooftop antenna. Currently antenna needs some fixing. (Not getting good reception for NBC "This Is Us. .) So I can watch it on Hulu. Does it show all episodes for older TV shows? Movies? Old movies or just Hulu originals?

We've had Hulu Live (with no ads) for over 2 years now. We love being able to watch shows the next day (minus commercials--ie. a 2 hour episode of "The Bachelor" is only 1 hour and 24 minutes without commercials!). They do have old episodes of shows on Hulu. I've watched many "classic" shows on Hulu from episode 1 up to present. The no ads thing varies, though, by network. CBS does not allow you to watch without ads (they want you to subscribe to Paramount+ for their shows), but you can sign up to record shows and then are able to FF thru commercials. They don't have all episodes for all shows, though. I think they have different contracts with different networks, so it can vary. I'd just suggest you go look and see if the show(s) you want to watch have all the episodes there. You just have to play around with it. Also there are lots of movies, and not just Hulu originals. It's just like Netflix. They have some movies and not others. They have to buy the rights to show movies, so they don't have every movie, but they have a lot. We watch everything through an Amazon Firestick, so we have Alexa find things for us. You can also Google on your computer to find out where you can watch certain movies. A lot of info, I know, but you just have to play around to figure it out. Good luck!

Yes it used to be that Hulu had mostly only TV shows. And Netflix and the other mostly movies. But now the lines are blurred. Some even allowed you to watch the show right after it airs I was trying to post a link from consumers report that did a very nice rundown of everything. The link did not work. Perhaps because I am a member
