I've only seen the first two episodes of "Tiger King" and it's already the most outrageous documentary I've ever seen. It really must be seen to be believed. There are disturbing images of dead animals and animals in captivity, so keep that in mind before you give it a try. It's also one of the most-watched shows currently on the Netflix roster of available programs.

not a series but if you want to watch something that makes you feel good, and a little music history about women background singers watch 20 feet from stardom. It is awesome.

We are up to ep 3 of Ozark, and this season has started out great. Oh the trouble this family can find. Something cool about ep 3, the real "REO Speedwagon" makes an appearance.

We watched the 1st episode of Tiger King and completely agree with Uncle_ricky that it is outrageous. My husband thinks whack-a-doodle might even be a better word for it. What a strange bunch of people.

I finished Tiger King over the weekend. At times it felt like a mockumentary. Whackadoodle!

Does it show very much animal cruelty.

Lakecat, I had to close my eyes when they were feeding the animals in an early episode. I have been re-watching Derry Girls. I would love to play Sister Michael. Her appearances are rare but her lines and delivery are gold. I dislike the Michelle character, too crass and one dimensional but most of the characters are a hoot.

I watched about one half of Episode 1 and then gave up. It was too crazy for me. Plus I was afraid there would be some animal killing and I am not into that at all.

The 5th episode was extremely disturbing (but not because of any animals). I hung on and watched all 7 episodes. The filmmaker did a great job of making you want to know what would happen to Joe and the rest of his scary business partners.

That is a fairly apt description Kappy. My husband would hum that song from Deliverance, Dueling Banjos, during Tiger King.

Yes, Kappy! Criminal hillbillies fits. I quit watching Tiger King several times and then would go back to it a day or so later. I felt crazy for watching the crazies! I'm blaming the quarantine (even though I am practically a recluse under normal circumstances). Sugar, I LOVE Sister Michael. She is my favorite character in Derry Girls.

I've watched 5 of the 7 hours of Tiger King. I'm not seeing a lot of mistreatment of animals that would cause me to be upset. These people are nuts, but they seem to love these animals. Now there are carcasses as a food source, and that can be a bit disturbing. But what is really the shocking and disturbing aspect of this show is the PEOPLE. They are nuts. LOL.

Rieann, I just finished re-watching this afternoon. I think I laughed more the 2nd time. Hope series 3 comes to Netflix soon. There is a rumor that there will only be 4 series, I would like more as Derry Girls is a hoot!.

Season 4 of Kim's Convenience is now available on Netflix. If you haven't seen this show as yet, I recommend it as it can be quite funny.

I am very much enjoying "Unorthodox" so far. It's a 4 part series on Netflix. This is the summary from IMDB: The series follows a young woman brought up in an ultra-Orthodox community in Brooklyn's Williamsburg district who strikes out for Berlin, leaving behind an arranged marriage and tight-knit faith community in part to pursue her goal discovering her path. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9815454/plotsummary?item=ps4379822

I watched Unorthadox last night as well as The Making of Unorthadox. I found it interesting. Does anyone know how often the mikvah water is changed? Google was no help. As it is a cleansing ritual, I find it hard to believe more than 1 person would use it and there are very specific ways the water is gathered. Wouldn't it be difficult to refill each time?Reusing bath water is too disgusting for me...

Naja, I hope you’ve finished all of the Ozark season 3 episodes. I just finished them tonight and I’m still shuddering from all that happened. Season 3 makes seasons 1 and 2 look like warm-up acts. Simply the best show on Netflix! I’m a nervous wreck!

I just started a Spanish series called Money Heist. It is fantastic! Eight robbers, led by a man they call The Professor, take hostages and attempt to rob The Royal Mint of Spain. The Professor leads the group from an external location and each robber is named after a city. It has a very theatrical vibe to it. You see the start of the heist in episode one, through the eyes of one of the robbers named Tokyo, then the alternating backstory throughout. I'm about to start episode three of season one. I watch it in the original Spanish with subtitles (can't do dubbed). Highly recommend.
