It really made me happy seeing Brenda and the gang last night. I hadn't realized how much I missed it.  I'm glad I caught it at the beginning. I'd forgotten what jerks Provenza & Flynn were at first.
As Dipo mentioned, I see that Lifetime is now going to be airing The Closer re-runs on Friday nights (I think). Yippee! But if I can watch it on Amazon Prime, then I might do that ... cuz everything is better w/out commercials.

That is one of my favorite Closer episodes! It is so funny, I was practically rolling on the floor. Provenza and Flynn, and Brenda had me cracking up the whole episode!

A marathon today on Lifetime! Season 2 where Fritz tries to move in but Brenda's Mom comes to town for a funeral.
I love how Provenza spends so much time with her, these shows were so well written and entertaining.
Instead of rebooting Charlies Angels lets catch up with "The Closer". Would be fun to see where she is, altho I don't think it would as much fun with Provenza being with her.

I did not watch "The Closer" when it first aired, found it this summer and have been binge watching 4-7 episodes daily almost. I love it. It is so well written, great character development, and yes they do get to feel like family.
I love watching Brenda sneak and enjoy a Ding dong, love her accent and thank youuu. Like how first season she had to earn her teams respect and she did.
Glad I found this show!

I have laughed out loud and I have cried watching this show many times. Couple of days ago was watching the episodes where Sanchez's brother gets killed….so very sad. And the episode where Sanchez prevents Provenza from getting shot. Sanchez takes three bullets for that effort but on the helicopter when he is being life flighted out Sanchez says to Provenza "you ran"...cried again.
Highly recommend this show to anyone looking for a great show to watch. It is as much about the characters as it is about crime solving.

OMG, Provenza and Flynn are going to guard a federal witness in a safe house (cheapest 2 bedroom LAPD find), hahahahahahaha. Season 2 Ep 13.
They always end up in trouble.
