The adults aren't much better. The mom often forgets she's a mom and the high school guidance counselor wants to be a friend to the kids more than anything else.

It's so funny to me that I discovered it from an offhand comment from another show. (this show, The Middle)

I love how this show just makes me laugh out loud and then always gets me teary at the end. The Goldbergs does it to me too.

There is something special about this show.
Everybody plays their parts so well.
I like the way Axl acts tough and then ends up doing something nice.

Everyone plays their part perfectly and the writing is sound. I often like Middle more than Modern Family. I heart Sue!!!
When the show is in its final season I want Sue to be come rich and famous and have the family appreciate her.

I've often thought that Sue & Brad should have a spin off show. A couple years ago when they worked at Dollywood would have been hilarious and their last college years "and so on and so forth and what have you..." could be a comedic treasure trove.

What happened to Axl and Lexie, Sue's roommate. The last episode that they were together was the halloween episode and they seemed to still be together at the end of that episode. Nothing has been mentioned about her or her and Axl. Did I miss something???

There's 24 episodes for the final season, and they have only aired 14 so far. So it will probably end in May when it usually does.
