Sorry yes you are right , I had watched an old movie earlier with her. They have always reminded me of each other. I'm finding some lightings in this show that are a mirror of current times and possibilities. SFJ- it's like the glasses on top of your head 😁

SFJ, your post about Julia being 62 mainly scared me. Because I knew she was only a smidgen older than I am, and if she was 62, then 10 years of my life just went by too fast....LOL

I have no idea what my train of thought was that got auto-corrected to "lightings".

"SFJ, your post about Julia being 62 mainly scared me. " Tell me about it...I had a mind altering revelation on my birthday in December when I realized I am now closer to 70 than 60! I keep seeing people on TV that looks SO old now....and then I realize I am older than they are. Yikes!

Sorry Sanfran, looks like no more eyelashes, Incorporated appears to have been cancelled. I really thought it had potential.

Well that sucks. I haven't watched all of the episodes yet. Without giving away the ending, did it have any sort of reasonable conclusion?

No, not really. Things do progress, and there are a few small ends, but more they set everything up for next season's story. Which I guess was a bad move!

That's too bad. I thought it was an interesting concept.

It was like an ending to a chapter in a book with some things ostensibly wrapped up but others left open. A subsequent season could've headed in a different direction. At least it didn't end on a cliff hanger. I'd say, go ahead and watch the rest, Jimmer. It's a good show. Dammit.

I'm so disappointed Incorporated got cancelled. It was good! I just started watching Humans, I like it. I never saw season 1 and I'm not sure how far into season 2 they are but I watched the last 2 episodes and liked it.

FYI - For all "12 Monkeys" viewers: All 10 episodes of 12 Monkeys season 3 (SYFY) will air this weekend...starting TONIGHT! Eps 1-4 air tonight, Friday. Eps 5-7 air Saturday night. Eps 8-10 air Sundays night. I meant to post this "heads up" earlier this week but totally forgot about it. Lucky for me the TIVO caught it. I just checked my TIVO schedule and, as of this moment, it's not showing any repeats airing within the next 2 weeks....but I assume all 10 eps will re-air at some point. In any case, they will Likely be available via ON Demand.

My Tivo is on the ball, but I'm not so keen. I want to want to watch it but I was so confused last season the thought of 10 in a row is a little much!

I'll probably wait until I have all 10 eps before I start watching. I ended last season feeling really confused. I just hope the plot will be easier to follow since I won't have an entire week to forget important details between each ep!

Salvation premieres July 12, maybe it's another summer sci-fi thriller.

Humans was a very short season this year. It was a long wait from season 1.

I'm looking forward to Salvation. They've really hyped it up which almost makes me think it actually won't be good. I still haven't watched Twelve Monkeys.

Kit, 12 Monkeys is SO much better when you binge it. Time travel can get complicated and it's easy to get lost watching these episodes a week apart. As I watched it, it all made total sense to me. Of course now, weeks later, it might be difficult to recall exactly how everything happened. They often visit the same places in different time periods (and sometimes they visit the same time periods multiple times...concurrently!) so it's easy for me to forget the chronology of how things unfolded weeks after the fact. But like I said at the time I binged it, it made perfect sense.

Maybe that's what I'll do then, or at least watch it in big chunks. I just got so behind on everything (only just started House of Cards, still haven't watched Sense8...) that it keeps getting pushed back.

Anyone else watching Blood Drive on SYFY Wednesday nights? I LOVE it...but YMMV because it's hella gory. It's kind of a pulp fiction/horror/comedy/sci-fi/drama extravaganza. It stars Alan Ritchson (he played Aquaman on Smallville) and Christina Ochoa. It's about the last good cop on the world getting caught up in a cross country car race called Blood Drive that's run by crazy nutjobs and crooked politicians and the cars use human blood for fuel. And there are robots/clones/or whatever she/it is. Oh yeah...and there are hillbilly cannibals. And of course, lots of fast cars and sex and violence and more gruesome humor than you can shake a stick at. Sound interesting? Here the imdb link that includes a trailer. Tonight is episode three and I think this ep has night dwelling, glowy eyed creatures with big claws in it. I don't know what else to say - you just have to see it to believe it. Kitt, I thought it might be too much for you! I think I like it mainly because it's so over-the-top I watch it with my mouth hanging open in shock and awe. Let me put it this way...if the films, "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" and "Fast and Furious" had a baby and that baby was raised by the evil Clown from Stephen King's "It" and Hannibal Lector....it would grow up to be "Blood Drive". Tonight's episode wasn't quite as good as the first two, but I'm not giving up on it....the preview looks like there might be zombies next week! Sometimes "too much" is just enough. For me anyhow...I enjoy a very warped sense of humor.
